Skill UI

This deep-dive tool automates the complex process of migrating notes and knowledge bases from various platforms (such as Notion, Evernote, Roam, etc.) into Obsidian. It handles critical conversions like stripping platform-specific UUIDs, converting internal links to optimized Obsidian wikilinks ([[...]]), and correctly formatting attachments and YAML frontmatter, ensuring a seamless transition and preserving the structural integrity of your knowledge base.

A comprehensive guide for optimizing Obsidian plugin performance, especially when dealing with large knowledge vaults (10,000+ files). Learn advanced techniques such as profiling bottlenecks with DevTools, implementing lazy initialization to speed up startup, processing files in manageable batches with UI yielding, and utilizing LRU caches for bounded memory management. Essential for creating stable, high-performance plugins.

This comprehensive checklist guides developers through the pre-release verification process for Obsidian community plugins. It covers critical technical areas such as validating manifest structure, ensuring clean production builds (e.g., removing sourcemaps), identifying potential memory leaks, and verifying cross-platform readiness, ensuring a high-quality user experience upon submission.

This skill provides advanced patterns for handling high-volume Obsidian file operations, such as debouncing keystrokes, batching file reads, and throttling UI updates. It addresses single-threaded performance bottlenecks, ensuring plugins remain responsive and prevent UI freezes during bulk processing or rapid user interactions.

Automates the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) process for OpenEvidence clinical decision support integrations. This setup ensures that unit tests (using mocked evidence queries and citations) and live API connectivity tests are run automatically on every pull request and merge to main. It validates critical functions like query formatting, evidence parsing, citation extraction, and response quality scoring, maintaining high reliability for medical AI applications.

This comprehensive guide defines the secure data lifecycle management for OpenEvidence, an AI-powered platform for clinical evidence synthesis. It outlines data classification (e.g., clinical queries, patient responses), strict adherence to global regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA), and technical requirements for handling Protected Health Information (PHI). Key processes include PHI de-identification, data validation, secure API integration, and compliant data export, ensuring the system maintains the highest level of patient privacy and regulatory compliance.

This guide outlines the strict multi-environment setup for the OpenEvidence clinical AI system, crucial for maintaining HIPAA compliance. It details how to configure and validate separate environments (Development, Staging, Production) to manage different data classifications—synthetic, de-identified, and full PHI. The process emphasizes environment validation checks, BAA adherence, and robust audit logging to prevent regulatory violations and PHI exposure.

This guide demonstrates how to implement robust rate limiting and retry logic for critical healthcare APIs using a token bucket pattern. It covers managing specific service limits (e.g., clinical queries, evidence synthesis) and implementing strategies like exponential backoff and batch processing to ensure graceful degradation and reliable data retrieval in clinical decision support systems.

This comprehensive reference architecture guides the integration of OpenEvidence into clinical decision support systems (CDS). It is designed for healthcare platforms needing evidence-based query processing, deterministic citation tracking, and full audit logging. Key considerations include HIPAA compliance, optimizing for sub-second response times in point-of-care workflows, and establishing robust data models and event pipelines.

This guide provides essential security protocols and coding best practices for integrating with OpenEvidence, a platform processing Protected Health Information (PHI). It covers mandatory topics such as HIPAA compliance, API key management, webhook signature verification, input validation, and data redaction, ensuring all interactions are secure and audit-compliant.

This skill implements robust data privacy controls for interactions with OpenRouter APIs. It automatically detects and redacts Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—such as emails, SSNs, credit cards, and API keys—from prompts. It ensures compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, allowing developers to safely process sensitive data when using various upstream LLM providers.

Implements standardized function/tool calling across various large language models (LLMs) via OpenRouter. This unified approach allows developers to build sophisticated, multi-step agents and complex workflows, regardless of the underlying provider (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 3.5). It simplifies the process of achieving structured output and tool-augmented reasoning in production systems.
