Skill UI

Write competitive research proposals for NSF, NIH, DOE, DARPA, and NSTC. Covers agency-specific formatting, review criteria, budgets, broader impacts, significance, innovation, and compliance.

A comprehensive coach designed to guide students and researchers through the entire scholarly writing lifecycle. This skill covers structuring complex academic works—including research papers (IMRaD), theses, dissertations, grant proposals, and conference abstracts. It teaches fundamental writing principles, proper source integration, avoiding plagiarism, and navigating diverse citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, GB/T 7714), helping users develop an independent, professional academic voice.

Act as a constructive critic and rigorous stress-tester for any idea, proposal, or strategy. This mode systematically challenges underlying assumptions, identifies technical and market edge cases, anticipates diverse stakeholder objections (engineering, leadership, legal), and suggests actionable mitigations. Use it when you need a multi-faceted, robust evaluation to strengthen your plan before committing resources.

This skill provides a comprehensive, multi-phase guide for authors to draft a Specification Enhancement Proposal (SEP) adhering to rigorous governance standards. It walks users through prerequisites, initial vetting (Gate), detailed interviews (e.g., breaking changes, security), and technical research, ensuring the proposed change is viable and community-vetted before formal submission.

This skill analyzes complex legal contracts and agreements, identifying unfavorable, high-risk, or one-sided clauses regarding liability, IP, or termination. It generates a structured negotiation strategy document, providing prioritized counter-proposals, recommended replacement language, and professional talking points to guide users through high-stakes contract reviews before signing.

A comprehensive tool for searching the Model Context Protocol (MCP) across various GitHub locations, including PRs, issues, and discussions. It allows users to track the full lifecycle of protocol specifications, from initial proposals to final merged changes. Furthermore, it facilitates deep dives into pull request reviews and comments, enabling the extraction of key maintainer rationales and design intent for accurate technical understanding.

This skill converts complex, machine-readable Markdown artifacts (like research reports, review summaries, and idea proposals) into a single, polished, human-friendly HTML view. It maintains the original Markdown as the source of truth while providing advanced presentation features such as structured layouts, callouts, and interactive dashboards for optimal reading experience. Ideal for generating shareable, non-technical reports.

A comprehensive tool for Bid Managers and Proposal Leads to structure responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. It systematically parses complex requirements, maps product proof-points to identify strategic gaps (GAP audit), develops win-themes using the Shipley method, and calculates a defensible winrate estimate to guide a decisive bid/no-bid decision. Focuses on strategy, not narrative writing.

This meta-skill is designed to orchestrate the creation of complex, multi-step workflows (meta-skills). It should only be used when a user explicitly requests combining, synthesizing, or proposing a new skill that coordinates multiple existing functions. The process includes intent clarification, trigger collision checking, validation, and generating a detailed proposal containing the workflow DAG.

An internal utility designed to manage the entire lifecycle of meta-skill proposals. It provides atomic functions to write new skill proposals, list candidates for review, and formally accept validated proposals into the active skill set. This tool is crucial for automated skill pipeline development and version control.

Literature-backed English technical-prose writing rules for AI agents. Use when drafting or editing Markdown, LaTeX, reStructuredText, or plain-text research papers, proposals, documentation, and release notes.

This skill guides the process of routing a complex goal through an AI's scored-memory loop using the `acc_act(runtime="solve")` function. It provides a structured workflow for deliberation, handling intermediate `brain_frame` results, and submitting continuous proposals. It emphasizes systematic reasoning and requires careful resolution of all generated frames to ensure a robust and verifiable solution.
