A comprehensive guide for authors preparing accepted academic papers for final publication. It details the requirements for a dual-publisher format (ACM and IEEE), covering mandatory steps like de-anonymization, completing dual metadata (ORCID, CCS, DOI), integrating reviewer feedback without scope creep, and permanentizing dataset/firmware links using public DOI archives. This ensures the submission meets the highest standards for academic rigor and publishing platforms.

This guide provides a comprehensive framework for positioning robotics research papers for top-tier conferences like IROS, ICRA, and CoRL. It teaches authors how to audit novelty by comparing their work against multiple related systems—not just the nearest component—and how to handle archival overlap, concurrent work, and anonymity requirements in double-blind review processes. It emphasizes defining the system contribution across multiple robotics lanes.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting papers to the IROS conference. It details critical formatting rules, including page limits (references counted in), double-anonymous requirements, video specifications (60s/10MB), and procedural traps (PIN collection, compliance testing). Essential for ensuring submission acceptance in major robotics venues.

This comprehensive guide outlines the strict technical and structural requirements for the IROS supplementary video, which serves as primary evidence for submitted research. It details constraints such as the 60-second limit, 10MB size cap, and necessary formats. The guide emphasizes presenting uncut real trials, including labeled failures, maintaining honest playback speed, and performing thorough anonymization to maximize academic credibility.

This comprehensive guide details the rigorous, multi-step process of converting an accepted, anonymized conference paper into its final, published 'camera-ready' format. It covers technical requirements such as de-anonymizing author details, restoring artifact links, updating metadata, managing publisher-specific workflows (ACM/IEEE), and preparing for conference talks and publicity.

A comprehensive checklist for the final pre-deadline audit of a major academic conference submission (ISCA). It covers the two-step abstract and paper submission process, strict formatting rules (11-page limit, unlimited references), double-blind anonymization techniques, and essential steps for completing the HotCRP portal. Use this guide to ensure your paper meets all technical and procedural requirements before the deadline.

This comprehensive guide provides a meticulous preflight checklist for submitting manuscripts to highly specialized academic journals, such as JAAR. It ensures adherence to strict double-blind anonymity, structural requirements (broad significance, length, abstract limits), and specific stylistic conventions, significantly reducing the chance of immediate rejection or return for revision before formal peer review.

This guide helps authors determine if their chemistry manuscript meets the high standards of JACS Au. It evaluates the scope, required scientific rigor, evidence completeness, and structural requirements for submission to this highly selective, gold open-access journal.

This comprehensive guide provides authors with a step-by-step workflow for submitting manuscripts to the Journal of Accounting and Economics (JAE) via Elsevier's Editorial Manager. It details crucial requirements, including executing double anonymization, formatting specific metadata (Highlights, JEL codes, Keywords), managing submission fees, and ensuring all files are correctly sequenced for the final review PDF.

This guide teaches the strategic art of positioning a theoretical paper for top-tier academic journals, specifically focusing on the requirements of the Journal of the Association for Information Systems (JAIS). It details how to structure the introduction to establish a 'live conversation,' cite the field's canon, and justify the contribution's unique place, moving beyond simple gap-spotting. Mastering positioning is crucial for passing the editor's initial fit assessment.

A comprehensive guide for academic authors detailing mandatory compliance requirements for high-impact publications. This checklist covers essential elements such as prospective clinical trial registration, IRB/ethics approval statements, obtaining informed consent, adhering to ICMJE authorship criteria, disclosing conflicts of interest, and providing detailed data-sharing plans. Use this when preparing a manuscript for submission to major medical journals.

This comprehensive guide helps researchers evaluate whether a clinical or health-services study is appropriate for publication in JAMA Internal Medicine. It details the journal's high bar for methodological rigor, including requirements for randomized trials (CONSORT), observational studies (STROBE), and systematic reviews (PRISMA). It covers everything from study design and statistical reporting to addressing potential desk-reject triggers, ensuring authors submit high-quality, impactful research.
