A comprehensive guide to setting up and securing API access for Clari. Learn how to generate API tokens, configure environment variables, and test connectivity to export critical revenue intelligence and forecast data to data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery. Includes steps for both standard Clari API and Copilot API integration.

This checklist guides the secure and robust deployment of Clari API integrations into a production data pipeline. It covers crucial areas like secret management, rate limit handling, data deduplication, error resilience (circuit breakers, backoff), and comprehensive monitoring setup, ensuring reliable revenue forecasting and reporting.

This reference architecture provides a comprehensive blueprint for building a robust revenue intelligence data platform integrated with Clari. It covers the entire data lifecycle, including API data extraction (ETL pipeline), data warehousing design (Snowflake/BQ), change detection logic, and advanced analytics/alerting layers. Use this guide when designing a scalable forecast tracking system, planning complex data integrations, or establishing best practices for enterprise revenue analytics.

This reference architecture outlines a comprehensive financial stack for startups. It centralizes core financial functions—including banking (Mercury), payroll (Gusto), revenue/expense tracking (Stripe/Brex), and advanced bookkeeping/tax services (Fondo)—into a unified data flow. It helps founders and finance teams manage everything from daily transactions to monthly closing, tax filings (like R&D credits), and generating board reports efficiently.

Implement robust, real-time financial workflows by utilizing webhooks from major financial providers. This skill connects services like Stripe (revenue), Gusto (payroll), Plaid (transactions), and Mercury, allowing developers to build automated processes for revenue tracking, payroll cost alerts, and expense monitoring within a unified system.

Generates a comprehensive, single-screen financial report in a self-contained HTML file. This skill is designed for analyzing key business metrics, including P&L summaries, MRR trends, KPI cards (Revenue, Gross Margin, Cash Runway), and top-accounts analysis. Ideal for quarterly or monthly financial reviews in SaaS or startup environments.

This expert skill helps design optimal pricing and monetization strategies for SaaS and digital products. It guides users through value-based pricing, packaging structure, and pricing metrics. By utilizing advanced research methods like Van Westendorp and MaxDiff, users can determine optimal price points, tier structures, and pricing models to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).

A pipeline-paranoid CRO review that pressure-tests revenue assumptions across six questions: pipeline coverage, win-rate trajectory, NRR decomposition, rep ramp time, discount discipline, and pipeline source mix. Use before setting quarterly targets, scaling the sales team, or changing sales motion.

Expert guidance on SaaS pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies. Helps determine value metrics, pricing tiers, and willingness to pay. Includes frameworks for pricing page audits, freemium models, and optimizing revenue based on customer value rather than cost. Ideal for founders and product managers setting initial prices or restructuring plans.

This skill guides Heads of Partnerships and BD in evaluating prospective partners. It assesses a partner's independent demand and determines the optimal partnership tier (e.g., Reseller, OEM, Strategic Alliance). Furthermore, it designs a comprehensive 90-day Joint GTM plan and models the economic viability of revenue share agreements against direct sales, providing clear kill criteria for sustainable growth.

This skill processes raw weekly CRM export CSV files into a clean, structured regional sales summary. It automatically deduplicates records, calculates total revenue per specified region, and outputs the results as a structured JSON object, making it perfect for downstream automation steps, reporting, or dashboard population.

This skill generates a comprehensive, structured churn analysis, moving far beyond simple headline rates. It meticulously separates avoidable vs. unavoidable customer losses, identifies high-risk segments (by tier, cohort, etc.), calculates critical metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and pinpoints actionable early warning signals. The output culminates in prioritized, data-driven intervention recommendations to improve customer retention.
