A comprehensive guide detailing the submission rules and best practices for supplementary materials, including videos, appendices, code, and data, for top-tier robotics conferences. It outlines distinct submission channels, strict technical requirements (e.g., 250MB video cap, anonymity), and the necessary transition steps from the review phase to the final camera-ready publication format.

This guide helps researchers determine if their embodied AI or robotics project is best suited for the Conference on Robot Learning (CoRL). It provides a rigorous two-axis test—assessing if learning is the core contribution and if embodiment is essential to the claim—to decide between submitting to CoRL, ICRA, IROS, NeurIPS, or other journals.

This comprehensive style guide is written for authors submitting research papers to the CoRL conference. It provides specific directives on structuring the narrative to satisfy two distinct audiences: machine learning theorists and robotics engineers. It emphasizes quantifying all claims with concrete evidence scales (e.g., success rates, frequency), structuring the argument within a limited page count, and properly integrating mandatory sections like Limitations.

A comprehensive guide for structuring the related work section in interdisciplinary HRI papers. It teaches authors how to simultaneously situate their research across multiple literatures—including robotics, HCI, psychology, and design—while employing a 'delta-first' argument to clearly articulate novelty and maintaining double-blind review compliance.

Provides comprehensive guidelines for packaging and documenting complex robotics research artifacts (code, simulations, hardware designs, datasets, etc.) for scholarly review. It outlines best practices for ensuring reproducibility, adopting the "five-minute-skeptic standard," and managing the full lifecycle of artifacts from review submission to public acceptance.

A comprehensive guide for designing and reporting rigorous experimental results in robotics research. It details the 'evidence ladder' (from simulation to real-world deployment), statistical best practices (e.g., sample size, confidence intervals), ensuring baseline fairness, and quantifying sim-to-real transfer gaps. Essential reading for researchers submitting to top-tier robotics conferences.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing the 'Related Work' section for top-tier robotics conferences like ICRA. It details how to conduct thorough literature reviews across multiple research 'lanes,' handle concurrent work (arXiv), properly self-cite under double-anonymous rules, and position the novelty against both academic rivals and commercial systems.

This guide outlines the rigorous standards for achieving robust reproducibility in robotics research papers, especially those involving physical hardware. It details a two-tier approach, defining results as either fully *rerunnable* (code/simulation) or fully *auditable* (hardware logs/protocols). Key requirements include creating comprehensive hardware specification ledgers, logging detailed sensor data (rosbags), separating deterministic from stochastic claims, and structuring the entire repository for peer review.

A comprehensive, final-gate audit guide for submitting papers to major robotics conferences like ICRA using the PaperPlaza system. It details mandatory technical specifications, including page limits (6 content + 2 refs), IEEE two-column compliance, double-anonymous rules, video attachment specs, and critical deadlines. Essential reading to prevent submission rejection or administrative disqualification.

This guide details how to prepare the mandatory video attachment for robotics conference submissions. It covers strict technical specifications (e.g., 180 seconds, 20 MB), the crucial self-containment rule, effective storyboarding techniques, and necessary steps for anonymization. Learn to transform your video from a mere demonstration into robust, undeniable scientific evidence.

A comprehensive guide to strategically routing robotics research projects. This skill helps determine whether a project is best suited for ICRA, IROS, CoRL, RA-L, or other specialized venues. It evaluates your work based on the physical embodiment test, contribution type (e.g., HRI, manipulation, perception), and provides a decision framework between direct conference submission and journal publication.

A comprehensive guide detailing the end-to-end annual submission and presentation cycle for the IEEE ICRA conference. It covers critical milestones—from paper deadlines and video attachments to camera-ready submissions—and provides structured backward planning, fallback strategies (RA-L, IROS), and tips for navigating the academic timeline in robotics research.
