A comprehensive final preflight guide for submitting manuscripts to the American Journal of Political Science (AJPS) via Editorial Manager. It covers strict requirements for double-blind review, including anonymization rules, word count limits, formatting (APSA/Chicago), Supporting Information caps, and human subjects documentation, ensuring the manuscript is ready before hitting submit.

A comprehensive preflight checklist for submitting manuscripts to the American Political Science Review (APSR). This guide emphasizes the critical steps for double-anonymous review, including stripping file metadata, properly anonymizing text to prevent author identification, and adhering to strict formatting rules (APSA Style, word counts, and abstract limits). Use this before uploading to Editorial Manager.

This skill guides authors in refining and polishing academic manuscripts for submission to top-tier political science journals, such as APSR. It teaches how to tighten prose, ensure cross-subfield readability, adhere to stringent formatting rules (APSA Style Manual), and manage strict word count limits without sacrificing intellectual rigor. Use this when preparing a final draft for publication.

A comprehensive audit guide for submitting research papers to IEEE/ACM ASE conferences. It covers strict formatting rules (acmart template, page budget), mandatory Data Availability Statements, double-anonymous review compliance, and critical submission pitfalls like identity leaks and template errors. Use this checklist before uploading to HotCRP to maximize acceptance chances.

This guide outlines the critical rules for structuring technical research papers submitted to top-tier conferences like ASE. It emphasizes the 'decision-criticality' rule, instructing authors on how to separate core arguments (which must fit within the 10-page body) from reproduction details, raw logs, and supplementary material (the artifact). Mastering this separation is crucial for ensuring reviewers judge the paper on its merits, not its supplementary data.

Provides comprehensive guidelines for structuring and writing academic papers for Automated Software Engineering (ASE) conferences. It teaches authors how to present an automated task, emphasize the automation design over the deep learning model, provide evidence from real subjects, and adhere to strict formatting and argument presentation rules to maximize acceptance chances.

This skill guides the polishing of academic manuscripts for high-level sociology journals like ASR. It ensures the writing is readable by a general sociologist outside the subfield, adheres strictly to the ASA Style Guide, and manages strict word caps (e.g., 15,000 words total, 200-word abstract). It focuses on clarity, structure, and adherence to formatting rules rather than generating new content.

This comprehensive guide helps astrophysicists determine if their research manuscript is suitable for publication in The Astrophysical Journal Letters (ApJL). It covers criteria for rapid, high-impact, short-format submissions, focusing on time-critical discoveries, broad scientific significance, rigorous evidence presentation, and adherence to strict journal house style and formatting rules.

This guide provides a detailed framework for authors to strategically place content within technical conference papers. It outlines the distinct roles of the extended abstract, main body, appendix, and artifact, ensuring that all acceptance-critical information is positioned where reviewers are required to read it. Following these rules maximizes the paper's chances of successful peer review acceptance.

A comprehensive preflight checklist for authors submitting manuscripts to the British Journal of Political Science (BJPS). This guide ensures adherence to the journal's strict double-blind anonymization rules, Cambridge/Harvard author-date style, word count limits, and technical formatting requirements before final submission.

This guide helps authors strategically position their research within active academic debates, particularly in accounting. It ensures the contribution advances a live accounting conversation, clearly distinguishes the work from related finance or economics papers, and adheres to necessary disclosure rules regarding the authors' own concurrent publications. It transforms a manuscript from merely reporting findings into actively joining and advancing a scholarly dialogue.

This skill guides the polishing and structural refinement of academic accounting manuscripts, specifically for Contemporary Accounting Research (CAR) journal submissions. It ensures the abstract is concise (≤300 words) and comprehensive, enforces front-loading of the research question and findings, and mandates strict consistency checks between constructs, proxies, and variables. It also ensures adherence to specific academic formatting rules, such as footnotes and author-date referencing.
