Skill UI

This is the comprehensive orchestrator for submitting manuscripts to the American Journal of Political Science (AJPS). It guides users through the entire academic writing lifecycle, helping them determine the correct submission type (Article, Research Note, Correspondence) and ensuring critical steps, such as mandatory third-party code verification, are integrated from the start. It dispatches to specific sub-skills rather than drafting content.

This skill guides authors through evaluating the suitability of their clinical research manuscript for Annals of Internal Medicine. It provides deep insights into the journal's high standards, including specific methodological requirements (CONSORT, PRISMA, STROBE, STARD, TRIPOD), required evidence synthesis depth, ideal scope (RCTs, systematic reviews, guidelines), and current house style guidelines necessary for successful submission.

This skill guides authors through the rigorous process of securing illustrations and reproduction rights for art-historical publications. It covers identifying rights holders, differentiating between fair use and paid permissions, securing world rights, and prepping high-resolution assets (e.g., 300 dpi TIFFs). Crucially, it emphasizes starting the clearance process early, in parallel with writing, to avoid publication delays.

A comprehensive set of reusable patterns for structured incident triage in AWS environments. Includes pre-built Logs Insights queries for detecting errors, latency spikes, cold starts, and OOM events. Also provides systematic correlation methods linking CloudWatch alarms to deployment events, and a decision tree to narrow the blast radius scope from account to resource.

A comprehensive guide to meeting the rigorous reporting standards required for high-impact scientific journals (e.g., Cell Press). It details the structure of STAR Methods, mandates the creation of a Key Resources Table (KRT), and outlines necessary authentication for cell lines, antibodies, animal models, and deposited data (including specific identifiers like RRIDs, GEO/PRIDE accessions). This ensures maximum transparency and reproducibility in scientific research writing.

This skill is a comprehensive guide for authors targeting the prestigious Cell journal. It meticulously analyzes the scientific fit, the required depth of mechanistic evidence, and the necessary adherence to publication standards like STAR Methods. It helps authors structure their work to meet Cell's high bar for conceptually transformative molecular and cellular biology discoveries.

This guide helps authors assess if their host-microbe or microbiome study meets the high mechanistic and significance standards required for top-tier journals. It covers scope fit, required level of mechanistic depth (beyond mere correlation), necessary in vivo validation, and adherence to specific journal formats like STAR Methods.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting metabolic or physiology studies to Cell Metabolism. It details the journal's scope, high standards for in vivo mechanistic evidence (e.g., metabolite tracing, genetic models), required structure (STAR Methods), and key considerations for metabolic disease, longevity, and energy homeostasis. Use this tool to pre-assess manuscript suitability against top-tier scientific standards.

Outlines the mandatory and highly structured STAR Methods reporting format required by top-tier scientific journals. This guide details the five critical sections: Key Resources Table (KRT), Resource Availability, Experimental Model Details, Method Details, and Quantification & Statistical Analysis (QSA). Adherence to this structure ensures transparent, reproducible, and accessible scientific reporting.

This comprehensive guide helps authors determine the suitability of their research manuscript for Cell Stem Cell. It covers the journal's specific scope, including pluripotent stem cells, cellular reprogramming, and adult stem cell mechanisms. It details the mandatory 'Mechanism plus in vivo relevance' evidence bar, STAR Methods requirements, and adherence to rigorous submission standards required by Cell Press.

This guide provides a detailed framework for structuring top-tier scientific articles, specifically modeled after Cell Journal standards. It covers the proper flow from Summary to Discussion, emphasizing the use of descriptive subheadings in Results, adhering to STAR Methods instead of free-text methods, and maintaining strict length discipline. Ideal for researchers struggling with manuscript organization or reaching submission stage for high-impact journals.

A comprehensive guide for developing scientifically rigorous, APA-formatted tables and figures for quantitative communication research. This skill emphasizes that exhibits must be self-contained, displaying effect sizes and uncertainty (not just significance stars), and following strict reporting standards for maximum clarity for reviewers.
