Skill UI

A comprehensive guide for authors responding to reviewer reports and editor decisions (major/minor revision, rejection). It details how to structure a point-by-point rebuttal letter, what new data (e.g., stability, benchmarking) must be added, and how to ensure the revised manuscript maintains a clear scientific advance while adhering to publication guidelines.

A comprehensive framework designed to rigorously test the stability of key macroeconomic findings. This program addresses potential biases arising from specification choices, sample periods (e.g., Great Moderation, ZLB, COVID breaks), and methodological variations (SVAR vs. LP). It ensures that the reported headline quantity remains robust even when challenged by a skeptical academic referee, providing a targeted defense rather than simply listing extra tables. Ideal for high-stakes empirical macro papers.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting top-tier journals in systems and control theory (e.g., Automatica). This skill helps authors re-frame their work from narrow application studies to general, methodologically rigorous advances. It details the necessary components, including theoretical guarantees (stability, convergence, optimality), structured proofs, and necessary breadth to meet the highest academic standards.

This guide helps researchers evaluate the suitability of their electric power system manuscripts for leading journals like IEEE Transactions on Power Systems (TPWRS). It details the required 'system-level methodological contribution' standard, emphasizing validation through credible case studies, adherence to standard test systems, and positioning the work within core power system domains (e.g., stability, optimal power flow, renewables integration).

This tool guides authors in assessing whether their fluid mechanics manuscript is a suitable fit for the Journal of Fluid Mechanics (JFM). It emphasizes the need for fundamental physical understanding (e.g., new scaling laws, instability mechanisms) over mere demonstration of applied methods or devices. It covers rigorous standards for computation, experimentation, and theoretical analysis, serving as a crucial pre-submission framing and venue-selection resource.

A detailed guide on establishing and reporting the necessary robustness and sensitivity analyses for manuscripts in quantitative economics and econometrics. It clarifies that the required robustness differs significantly from causal inference studies, emphasizing testing against variations in method choice, parameters, data scope, and sample periods. Provides structured methodologies for generating sensitivity matrices and discussing model stability.

This comprehensive suite provides systematic checks to ensure spatial estimates are robust against methodological choices. It addresses core econometric issues such as Modifiable Areal Unit Problem (MAUP), boundary arbitrariness, spatial sorting, and spillover effects. Use this guide when submitting research to high-impact journals (like JUE) to demonstrate the reliability and stability of spatial relationships.

This guide provides a comprehensive methodological framework for conducting and reporting rigorous robustness checks in high-stakes empirical economics papers. It details crucial steps—including specification stability, placebo tests, inference corrections, and mechanism evidence—necessary to anticipate skeptical reviewers. The goal is to harden findings, ensure reproducibility, and elevate the credibility of research findings.

A powerful post-deployment monitoring tool designed for continuous quality assurance in CI/CD pipelines. It captures a performance baseline before deployment and then continuously monitors live applications after deployment. It alerts on critical failures (e.g., 5xx errors), performance regressions, and unexpected changes, ensuring that new releases maintain production stability.

This skill extracts crucial Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) — such as housing instability, food insecurity, and transportation barriers — from unstructured clinical notes. It maps the identified text spans to standardized ICD-10-CM Z-codes (Z55–Z65). It is essential for health-equity analytics, building risk stratification tools, and identifying coding gaps by converting narrative text into queryable, discrete data points.

A comprehensive tool designed to analyze and suggest improvements for performance bottlenecks across various domains, including application code, database queries, and system architecture. It identifies issues like memory leaks, inefficient algorithms (e.g., O(n²)), and N+1 database queries, providing actionable steps and best practices to enhance system stability and speed.

The Ship command provides a comprehensive, multi-stage checklist for ensuring code readiness before production deployment. It verifies critical quality gates, including running full unit tests, performing security audits, checking for hardcoded secrets, and verifying documentation updates. Use this tool to guarantee the stability and quality of every software release.
