Skill UI

Automates Salesforce CRM workflows through Rube MCP's Composio toolkit, letting you manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, SOQL queries, and tasks with guided tool sequences and prerequisites.

This skill analyzes an existing codebase using domain context and architectural decisions to identify architectural friction and "deepening opportunities." It proposes refactored improvements to increase module depth, enhancing testability, improving maintainer locality, and making the codebase more navigable for AI tools. It focuses on transforming shallow modules into robust, deeply leveraged components.

This skill uses the OCI Usage API and SDK to programmatically track spending across compartments, services, and shapes. It allows users to query granular cost data, set detailed budget alerts (e.g., 80%, 95%, forecast), and identify cost optimization opportunities like utilizing Always Free tiers or preemptible instances, ensuring proactive and precise cloud cost management.

This workflow provides comprehensive methods for executing core Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations on standard Salesforce objects, including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities. It utilizes both powerful SOQL querying for data retrieval and the robust REST API for bulk modifications and advanced integrations, making it ideal for automating complex CRM and sales processes.

Use before quarterly roadmap commit, portfolio focus, new product line launch, or when retention is flat. Six questions force a JTBD lens, North Star metric trace, PMF retention signal, RICE score, opportunity cost cut list, and 90-day kill criteria. Outputs a SHIP, SHARPEN, or KILL verdict.

This skill conducts a comprehensive audit to identify and prioritize automation opportunities within a user's existing workflow. It guides users through a structured intake (covering roles, repetitive tasks, and pain points) and systematically scans connected tools (like Gmail, Slack, Calendar, and CRMs) to surface actionable, ranked quick wins, minimizing implementation effort and maximizing impact.

This skill analyzes multiple asset classes, including US Treasuries, Dividend ETFs, REITs, and Preferred Stocks, to help users build a high-yield portfolio. By setting a target monthly income and available capital, it calculates optimal asset allocation and ranks opportunities based on risk-adjusted returns, supporting retirement and passive income planning.

Generates a comprehensive, structured account plan for key target accounts. This skill helps account managers move beyond simple service provision by creating detailed strategies, including a relationship map, identified growth opportunities, potential risks, and a concrete 90-day action plan. Ideal for strategic account reviews and key account planning.

This skill transforms vague, unclear, or half-formed business opportunities and brief descriptions into highly structured, actionable problem statements. It guides the user through a three-stage process: reframing the core questions, rigorously defining in-scope and out-of-scope boundaries, and designing a minimum viable research plan. It ensures that ambiguous inputs are converted into clear, executable steps, allowing the user to respond with confidence rather than asking for more clarification meetings.

This skill generates a comprehensive customer journey map, detailing the entire customer experience from initial awareness through to advocacy. It identifies key stages, customer actions, emotional highs and lows, critical pain points, and actionable opportunities for product improvement or service enhancement. Ideal for UX research, product discovery, and cross-functional alignment.

This skill facilitates the design of comprehensive employee engagement surveys (e.g., annual, pulse, exit) and provides a structured framework for analyzing the results. It guides users through creating key sections like eNPS, culture metrics, and growth opportunities, culminating in actionable plans and communication templates for HR professionals.

This skill guides product teams beyond listing features by applying the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework. It maps customer needs across functional, emotional, and social dimensions, allowing teams to write precise job stories. Use this to conduct deep user research, identify core pain points, and define product opportunities based on user outcomes rather than mere outputs.
