A comprehensive guide for authors submitting to computer vision conferences, detailing how to structure, organize, and utilize supplementary material. It clearly distinguishes between core claims (which must be in the main body) and supportive evidence, such as full ablation grids, detailed derivations, and video results, which belong in the supplement. The guide covers best practices for handling anonymity, video evidence, and avoiding common submission bugs.

This is a comprehensive audit checklist for submitting full-length research papers to the HRI conference. It guides authors through critical submission mechanics, including adhering to two-step deadlines (abstract then paper), selecting the correct technical track, managing formatting (8 pages, ACM template), ensuring double-blind anonymity across PDF, video, and data, and meeting human-participants ethics standards before final submission.

A comprehensive guide for structuring Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) conference submissions. It outlines the critical distinction between core, decision-making content (which must remain in the 8-page body) and supplementary materials (e.g., extended tables, instruments, codebooks). Special emphasis is placed on treating the video figure as a primary artifact, ensuring it is short, legible, and properly anonymized for double-blind review.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting to top-tier computer vision conferences (like ICCV). It details the new single-deadline workflow, emphasizing the parallel production of code and videos. Learn how to structure supplementary materials for maximum reviewer impact, including detailed ablation studies, failure mode galleries, and maintaining strict double-blind anonymity in the archive.

This skill guides researchers in preparing accepted ICLR papers for final submission. It covers de-anonymizing PDFs, incorporating discussion fixes, updating OpenReview metadata, and assembling poster assets like slides and videos. Ensure scientific claims remain consistent while tracking promises made during the review period.

Plan and manage an ICLR submission timeline from topic selection through OpenReview submission, discussion, revision, decision, camera-ready, poster, video, and public artifact release. Handle long public discussion phases, anonymity audits, and reviewer-verifiable evidence paths.

Provides a comprehensive guide to the ICRA conference paper review process. Details the unique pipeline, from submission through the CEB review board, highlighting key structural differences from journal reviews. Special attention is paid to the absence of an author rebuttal phase, advising authors on strategies like anticipating objections, using video evidence, and maximizing clarity to improve acceptance chances.

A comprehensive, final-gate audit guide for submitting papers to major robotics conferences like ICRA using the PaperPlaza system. It details mandatory technical specifications, including page limits (6 content + 2 refs), IEEE two-column compliance, double-anonymous rules, video attachment specs, and critical deadlines. Essential reading to prevent submission rejection or administrative disqualification.

This guide details how to prepare the mandatory video attachment for robotics conference submissions. It covers strict technical specifications (e.g., 180 seconds, 20 MB), the crucial self-containment rule, effective storyboarding techniques, and necessary steps for anonymization. Learn to transform your video from a mere demonstration into robust, undeniable scientific evidence.

A comprehensive guide detailing the end-to-end annual submission and presentation cycle for the IEEE ICRA conference. It covers critical milestones—from paper deadlines and video attachments to camera-ready submissions—and provides structured backward planning, fallback strategies (RA-L, IROS), and tips for navigating the academic timeline in robotics research.

A comprehensive guide for positioning and refining computer vision manuscripts for the IEEE/CVF International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV). This skill helps authors assess conference fit, structure evidence, perform benchmarking, and adopt the necessary narrative for a flagship CV submission, covering topics from foundation models to video recognition.

This comprehensive guide details the unique review mechanics and strategic considerations for submissions to IROS. It covers the PaperPlaza pipeline, the critical role of video evidence, the implication of the no-rebuttal phase, and how to optimize your research paper and demonstration for maximum acceptance chances.
