Skill UI

This skill details techniques for exploiting PHP's type juggling vulnerabilities, primarily caused by loose (==) comparison operators. It demonstrates how attackers can bypass authentication mechanisms, defeat magic hash function verifications, and manipulate application logic through controlled type coercion when testing web applications. Ideal for authorized security penetration testing.

A comprehensive guide to using the Metasploit Framework for advanced penetration testing and vulnerability validation. This skill details how to confirm exploitability of identified CVEs, gather post-exploitation evidence, and validate patch remediation effectiveness. It is essential for risk-based vulnerability management and red team exercises, providing proof of real-world impact beyond simple scanner scores.

This comprehensive guide outlines techniques for authorized penetration testing of real-time web applications using WebSocket connections. It covers discovering various WebSocket endpoints, testing for authentication bypass, identifying Cross-Site WebSocket Hijacking (CSWSH) vulnerabilities, and assessing message handling for injection flaws (SQLi, XSS). Essential for securing chat, trading, and live notification platforms.

This skill implements comprehensive API security testing using the 42Crunch platform. It combines static analysis (API Audit) on OpenAPI definitions, dynamic vulnerability scanning (API Conformance Scan) against running APIs, and runtime threat protection. Ideal for integrating OWASP API Security Top 10 checks into CI/CD pipelines and IDEs, enabling 'shift-left' security practices.

This skill guides the deployment and implementation of Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) platforms. It provides a continuous, automated method to validate security control effectiveness against real-world attacker techniques mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Use this when moving beyond traditional point-in-time penetration testing to establish continuous control validation and automated adversary emulation across the entire IT environment.

This guide details how to implement coverage-guided fuzz testing using AFL++ within CI/CD pipelines. It covers building the fuzzing harness, utilizing advanced instrumentation (like AddressSanitizer), and configuring automated runs to discover memory corruption and input handling vulnerabilities in compiled applications. Ideal for strengthening DevSecOps practices and ensuring code reliability.

Provides a structured, risk-based framework for managing patches in Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). It addresses the critical difference between IT and OT environments, prioritizing safety and availability over immediate remediation. The guide covers risk scoring, vendor compatibility testing, staged deployment, and defining compensating controls for unpatchable assets.

This guide details the systematic workflow for patch management, covering the entire lifecycle from vulnerability discovery and risk assessment to controlled testing, multi-phased deployment, and final verification. Learn how to integrate tools like WSUS, SCCM, and Ansible into a robust, automated process to significantly reduce the attack surface and ensure compliance across enterprise IT infrastructure.

This guide details how to integrate OWASP ZAP (Zed Attack Proxy) into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab) for comprehensive Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST). It covers configuring baseline, full, and API scans to identify common vulnerabilities like XSS, SQLi, and CSRF in running web applications and REST/GraphQL APIs, ensuring security quality gates in the development lifecycle.

This guide details how to integrate Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tools like CodeQL and Semgrep into your CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. It covers setting up automated vulnerability detection on pull requests, tuning rules to minimize false positives, uploading SARIF results for centralized security reporting, and enforcing quality gates to prevent vulnerable code from merging into protected branches. Essential for DevSecOps and compliance (SOC 2, PCI DSS).

A comprehensive guide for intercepting and analyzing HTTP/HTTPS traffic from mobile applications using Burp Suite. This skill walks through configuring proxies on Android and iOS, handling CA certificate installation, and executing advanced penetration testing techniques. It is essential for assessing API security, identifying data leakage, and finding authentication vulnerabilities in mobile client-server communications.

This comprehensive guide details the methodology for Active Directory (AD) penetration testing. It covers deep domain enumeration, utilizing tools like BloodHound and Impacket, and executing advanced attacks such as Kerberoasting, AS-REP Roasting, and privilege escalation via delegation abuse. Use this when conducting authorized security assessments to discover and exploit misconfigurations to achieve domain compromise.
