This guide details the structure and strategic approach for writing a comprehensive response letter and rebuttal after a journal's revise-and-resubmit (R&R) cycle. It instructs authors on how to structure point-by-point answers, strengthen identification arguments, address challenging counterfactuals, and reconcile conflicting reviewer demands, ensuring the submission is rigorous and professional.

Provides a comprehensive, time-sensitive playbook for authors responding to reviews (rebuttals) at MLSys. It details how to triage objections, prioritize critical missing measurements, address systems objections regarding workload representativeness and baseline tuning, and structure anonymous, data-driven replies within a compressed rebuttal window.

A comprehensive guide to modeling the specific peer review cycle of MLSys submissions. It details the OpenReview workflow, the challenges posed by the mixed ML and systems reviewer pool, and provides strategic advice on addressing concerns related to workload representativeness, baseline strength, and evidence scope matching for high-stakes technical papers.

A comprehensive guide to ensuring reproducibility in radio frequency (RF) physical layer measurements. It details the necessity of maintaining a detailed provenance ledger—recording radio hardware, channel conditions, mobility patterns, and software versions at the time of the run. The goal is not bit-identical results, but documenting variance and methodology so that findings can be validated on different testbeds or later in time, while also addressing legal and ethical data shipping constraints.

This guide helps researchers determine if their core contribution—a mobile or embedded system, application, or service running on a device—is best suited for the MobiSys conference. It provides detailed criteria for venue selection, distinguishing between contributions for MobiSys, MobiCom, SenSys, NSDI/OSDI, and other related top-tier venues, ensuring authors route their work to the most appropriate academic community.

A comprehensive guide for authors on how to strategically address demanding peer reviews, particularly for highly rigorous molecular biology journals. It covers triage methods (Do, Defend, Defer), prioritizing new experiments based on impact and feasibility, and structuring a point-by-point response letter that is respectful, evidence-led, and mechanistically airtight.

This guide functions as a sophisticated workflow router for authors targeting submission to Molecular Cell. It diagnoses the current stage of a manuscript (e.g., missing data, weak mechanism, need for rebuttal) and recommends the precise next specialized skill needed to address bottlenecks. It ensures the manuscript meets the high bar of mechanistic depth and orthogonal validation required by top-tier molecular biology journals.

This skill assesses the suitability and required rigor of a manuscript for the Molecular Biology and Evolution journal. It provides comprehensive guidelines covering specific scopes (e.g., population genetics, phylogenetics, positive selection), necessary methodological standards (including uncertainty quantification and addressing selection bias), and structural requirements for high-impact submissions in molecular evolution and genomics.

A comprehensive guide for building robust causal identification strategies in empirical research, particularly for analyzing policy shocks. It provides best practices and checklist items for advanced econometrics methods like Difference-in-Differences (DID), Instrumental Variables (IV), Regression Discontinuity (RDD), and Double Machine Learning (DML), helping researchers avoid common methodological pitfalls in top-tier academic publications.

Provides rigorous guidelines for structuring and writing high-quality academic literature reviews, specifically tailored for journals like Management World. It mandates a unique three-layer dialogue structure (international context, local Chinese research, and original contribution), addressing issues like language source imbalance or lack of scholarly dialogue. Covers precise ratios for Chinese and English sources, and integration with national policy narratives.

This comprehensive guide assists researchers in refining their academic topics for submission to top-tier Chinese journals. It emphasizes three mandatory constraints: embedding the Chinese institutional context, articulating discrete marginal contributions, and defining actionable policy implications, ensuring manuscripts meet high academic and policy relevance standards.

This guide provides an expert methodology for designing and auditing Natural Language Processing (NLP) experiments for top-tier academic submissions. It instructs researchers on how to map meta-review claims to measurable evidence, ensure budget-fair comparisons, and systematically address potential reviewer probes (scope, fairness, contamination, etc.) to maximize publication rigor.
