Skill UI

A specialized reverse-engineering skill designed to extract comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications from existing, undocumented, or legacy codebases. It operates by analyzing code structure, tracing data flows, and identifying observable behaviors. The output is structured using EARS (Easy Approach to Requirements Syntax), providing clearer requirements documentation, architectural diagrams, and dependency maps for onboarding or system modernization.

A comprehensive guide detailing the most common and critical mistakes when developing with Supabase. Covers severe security issues (like exposing service role keys or missing RLS), data integrity failures, and performance bottlenecks (connection pooling, N+1 queries). Essential for code review, onboarding new developers, or auditing existing Supabase projects to ensure secure and robust applications.

This skill acts as a specialized tutorial engineering specialist, transforming raw, complex technical concepts or codebases into structured, progressive, and engaging educational content. It applies pedagogical design principles, such as progressive disclosure, spaced repetition, and hands-on exercises, to create documentation, courses, and onboarding materials that teach users how to build, debug, and optimize, rather than just referencing information.

This comprehensive guide catalogs common anti-patterns and mistakes when deploying applications on Vercel. It covers critical architectural areas such as secret management (preventing key exposure), optimizing serverless function performance (cold start, timeouts), adhering to Edge Runtime standards, and resolving configuration errors. Use this skill for code reviews, security audits, and onboarding new developers to ensure best deployment practices.

This skill functions as a documentation architect, capable of generating highly structured wiki catalogues and comprehensive onboarding guides directly from a codebase. It scans the repository, detects architectural patterns, identifies technical layers (presentation, business logic, data access), and creates two distinct guides: a Principal-Level Guide for seniors and a Zero-to-Hero Path for newcomers, ensuring every detail is cited with specific file paths.

Automatically generates two complementary onboarding documents for any codebase: a Principal-level guide focusing on design philosophy, technical debt, and architectural 'why'; and a Zero-to-Hero guide providing step-by-step setup, development workflows, and practical 'how-to' instructions. Ideal for new team members or documenting complex systems.

This skill facilitates the rapid and standardized onboarding of new projects onto the Windsurf platform. It optimizes the development environment by configuring the Cascade AI agent, establishing necessary project rules (.windsurfrules), setting team context defaults, and ensuring best practices for AI-assisted coding. Use this when initiating a new project or integrating a team to maximize AI efficiency.

This guide outlines best practices for configuring IDEs and AI context management across complex, multi-service monorepos. It is essential for onboarding new teams, standardizing coding standards, and ensuring consistent development workflows for services across multiple deployment environments (Development, Staging, Production). Focuses on architectural rules, shared settings, and environment-specific deployment context.

A comprehensive, multi-phase checklist designed for the systematic rollout of AI coding assistants (like Windsurf) to development teams or entire enterprises. It covers critical areas including workspace configuration, security hardening (SSO/SAML, secret management), establishing team AI policies, structured developer onboarding, key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring, and emergency rollback procedures.

Generates practical and robust CI/CD pipelines by programmatically detecting the project's entire technology stack (language, runtime, tooling). It provides fast baseline setup for GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, ensuring repeatability, environment awareness, and alignment with project dependencies. Ideal for onboarding new repositories, standardizing DevOps workflows, or migrating existing deployment processes.

Analyzes a repository to surface architecture, configs, and tasks so engineers, leads, and contractors receive consistent onboarding documentation and setup guidance.

Interactive coaching that walks PMs through preparing, interviewing, onboarding, and recalibrating during the PM-to-Director transition, using adaptive questions tied to the Altitude & Horizon model for real-world challenges.
