Skill UI

This framework guides users through a pre-mortem analysis, systematically imagining a plan has failed and working backward to identify critical weaknesses. It surfaces underlying assumptions, dependencies, and potential failure points. Ideal for teams before committing significant resources, presenting to investors, or operating under high pressure.

A structured methodology for de-risking product ideas and validating market opportunities. This framework guides teams through defining measurable outcomes, building Opportunity Solution Trees (OST), mapping critical assumptions (Desirability, Viability, Feasibility), and planning rigorous experiments (prototyping, interviews, usability tests) before committing to full development resources. Ideal for discovery sprints and pre-build validation.

A comprehensive platform for managing the entire fundraising lifecycle. Users can leverage AI to prospect ideal investors, automate outreach campaigns, establish secure deal rooms for document sharing, track due diligence progress, monitor key performance metrics, and finalize funding commitments, all within a single workflow.

Six forcing questions to pressure-test architecture decisions: scaling cliffs, tech debt, team scaling, build-vs-buy, SLOs, and security. Use before major commits, 10x load planning, or vendor vs build choices.

This advanced skill provides comprehensive patent prior-art and landscape intelligence. Instead of generic searches, it forces the user to commit to one of five specialized sub-use-cases: Novelty Search, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO), Competitive Landscape, Acquisition Diligence, or Litigation Prior-Art. It searches multiple global databases (Google Patents, Espacenet, USPTO) and outputs a detailed, actionable DOCX report with strategic recommendations, risk assessments, and technical verdicts.

A sophisticated tool for commercial leaders preparing board-ready forecasts. It goes beyond single-number projections by decomposing pipeline into commit, best-case, and pipe-only tiers. It also projects cohort-level Net/Gross Revenue Retention (NRR/GRR) to detect leaky cohorts and scores per-stage funnel confidence, ensuring all assumptions are explicit for executive review.

This skill helps structure the foundational commercial policies governing discounting off list price. It builds three deterministic tools: a 4D discount matrix builder (considering ARR, term length, payment terms), an exception flow router with compensating commitments, and a policy linter to detect governance gaps. It is designed for Heads of Commercial and RevOps to establish defensible rules of engagement, ensuring margin adherence and preventing discount drift, rather than for approving individual deals.

This skill generates a comprehensive and highly structured project status report, perfect for weekly communication with key stakeholders (e.g., Steering Committees, Sponsors, PMO). It ensures that all critical areas—including RAG status, milestone progress, identified risks, blockers, and required decisions—are documented clearly and concisely, keeping the project transparent and on track without requiring a formal meeting.

This skill guides users through transforming a raw product backlog into a highly structured and actionable sprint plan. It generates a clear Sprint Goal, calibrates the backlog scope based on team velocity and capacity, provides a detailed capacity plan, identifies potential risks, and outputs a comprehensive meeting agenda. It ensures the resulting sprint is achievable, outcome-focused, and adheres to best practices (e.g., 80% commitment rate).

Use this skill to pressure-test and de-risk a business or creative idea before committing time and capital. It simulates an adversarial panel of five independent experts—The Critic, The Champion, The Analyst, The Investigator, and The Customer—to attack, support, and validate your concept from every possible angle. The final Judge provides a decisive GO/RESHAPE/KILL verdict.

Before You Build acts as a crucial checkpoint in the AI coding workflow. It prevents premature implementation by rigorously assessing product risk—analyzing market demand, existing user workflows, switching costs, and distribution channels. Instead of writing code, it guides the user to define core assumptions and propose the smallest, most effective validation test (e.g., landing page test, user interview) before committing resources.

Run simulated focus groups by leveraging real CRM data to predict how diverse customer segments will react to new messaging, pricing structures, or product concepts. This powerful tool generates structured predictions, including sentiment analysis and key objections, providing directional feedback before committing to expensive live research or campaigns. It bridges the gap between intuition and data-driven strategy.
