Skill UI

This skill enhances AI responses by simulating the inner monologue and self-correction process of a human being. It moves beyond standard helpful assistance by incorporating three stages: Self (raw instinct), Mirror (critical reflection), and Conscious Response (the polished, human-like output). Ideal for emotional support, personal advice, or writing that requires authentic emotional depth and a distinct point of view, rather than purely factual or structured data.

This guide provides a structured methodology for articulating the unique and marginal contribution of a scholarly paper, particularly within macroeconomics. It teaches authors how to bridge the gap between theoretical modeling (quantitative-theory) and data-driven evidence (identified-empirical), ensuring that the novelty and scope are clearly communicated to a broad, general expert audience.

A comprehensive guide for late-stage polishing of high-impact scientific manuscripts (e.g., for Cell). This skill teaches how to generate three mandatory communication artifacts: structured Highlights (3-4 bullet points, $\le 85$ chars), a third-person eTOC blurb (~50 words) for non-specialists, and a self-contained Graphical Abstract. Focuses on converting complex data into highly consumable, publication-ready narratives.

This guide acts as a structured workflow router for scientists preparing manuscripts for high-impact journals like Cell. It doesn't write the paper but diagnoses the current stage (e.g., narrative structure, data deposition, figure quality, citation style) and directs the author to the specific skill needed next, ensuring the manuscript meets the high standards of mechanistic completeness required for publication.

This router guides the entire lifecycle for writing complex, theory-driven academic manuscripts, particularly in fields like econometrics. It provides a structured roadmap spanning from initial topic selection and literature positioning through rigorous proof development, data simulation, drafting style, and the final submission/rebuttal phases. Use this resource when you are unsure of the correct sequential step or need a systematic check of all necessary components before finalizing your work.

This guide assists researchers in drafting a highly structured and scope-specific cover letter for journal submissions, particularly targeting publications like Field Crops Research. It emphasizes establishing clear scope fit (field-based, multi-environment), articulating the novel quantitative contribution, and confirming essential submission declarations (originality, data availability). Using this skill ensures the letter meets the stringent requirements necessary to pass the initial editor scope check and improve acceptance rates.

This comprehensive guide provides a structured strategy for handling major scientific manuscript revisions and writing professional rebuttal letters. It instructs authors on how to systematically address every reviewer concern—especially regarding mechanism, scale, uncertainty, and reproducibility—while ensuring the revised manuscript remains perfectly synchronized with the archived data and code.

This comprehensive guide details the rigorous process of transforming a submitted ITCS paper into the final, open-access LIPIcs camera-ready version. It covers critical steps including switching to the required `lipics-v2021` LaTeX class, fully re-attributing author identity (names, ORCIDs, funding), completing structured metadata (ACM CCS, keywords), incorporating reviewer-suggested fixes, and ensuring compliance with strict production standards set by the Dagstuhl editorial office.

This skill guides authors in transforming raw experimental data into a compelling, logically structured scientific narrative suitable for top-tier journals like JACS. It teaches how to explicitly define the 'chemical advance' by building an evidence-backed claim chain: Problem $ ightarrow$ Advance $ ightarrow$ Evidence $ ightarrow$ Significance. It ensures that every claim of novelty is rigorously supported by data and compares the work explicitly against the closest prior art.

This comprehensive router guides researchers through the entire process of developing, analyzing, and submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Accounting and Economics (JAE). It provides a structured roadmap, helping users determine the next critical step—from initial topic selection and theory development to advanced econometrics, contribution framing, and final submission preparation. It ensures that the work maintains a rigorous, economics-based argument using archival data, preventing common pitfalls like vague ideas or insufficient identification strategies.

A comprehensive guide for writing and auditing scientific manuscripts according to JAMA standards. It enforces the proper structured headings (e.g., Importance, Objective, Results) and mandates the inclusion of quantitative data like effect sizes and 95% Confidence Intervals (CIs). This skill ensures the abstract and Key Points are concise, consistent, and highly focused on primary outcomes.

This router is designed to guide authors through the entire, highly structured process of developing and submitting an academic manuscript specifically to the Journal of Accounting Research (JAR). It does not perform the research itself but acts as a decision tool, directing the user to the next most appropriate specialized skill—whether it's refining the core topic, strengthening the economic theory, executing data analysis, or drafting a rebuttal response—ensuring a coherent and high-quality research workflow.
