This guide details the critical steps required after conference acceptance to prepare a paper for the final, public 'camera-ready' submission (e.g., AISTATS, PMLR). It covers transforming an anonymous manuscript into the final two-column format, restoring author metadata, handling public artifacts (code, data), resolving formatting issues, and confirming all presentation and copyright obligations.

This comprehensive preflight checklist guides researchers through the final essential steps before submitting a manuscript to the European Economic Review (EER). It ensures adherence to Elsevier formatting standards, addresses mandatory replication policies (data/code availability), verifies funding declarations, and confirms all necessary fees and ethical statements are in place. Use this guide as the ultimate final check before pressing submit.

This guide details the necessary workflow for organizing supplementary academic content, such as code, extensive methodologies, and raw data, across various conference submission phases. It emphasizes placing only core arguments in the main body, keeping sensitive materials anonymized in the mirror, and preparing a staging shelf for efficient revision.

A comprehensive checklist and guide for authors preparing their accepted research papers for final publication (camera-ready). This process involves de-anonymization, restoring full author details, updating copyright and metadata, ensuring formal formatting, and managing the release of promised artifacts and code for reproducibility.

A comprehensive preflight checklist for authors submitting to the INFORMS Journal on Computing (IJOC) via ScholarOne. This guide details critical academic publishing standards, including the 25-page limit, single-blind review rules, required LaTeX formatting, and the mandatory structure for the GitHub code/data reproducibility deposit. Use this when performing the final checks before submission.

This comprehensive guide outlines the rigorous, mandatory steps required to transform an accepted academic draft into a final, camera-ready version for conference proceedings. It covers critical areas like complete de-anonymization, permanent archiving of datasets and code using DOIs, finalizing ethical statements (IRB), satisfying artifact availability requirements, and adhering to strict ACM publication standards. This process ensures the research output is publicly usable, traceable, and robust.

This comprehensive pre-submission checklist guides authors through the mandatory requirements for publishing in the Journal of Accounting Research (JAR). It covers critical areas such as double-anonymization protocols, tiered submission fee compliance, selecting the correct article type, and assembling the required data-and-code package, ensuring the manuscript meets high academic publishing standards before final submission.

A comprehensive checklist designed for authors submitting academic manuscripts to journals like JEBO via Elsevier Editorial Manager. It ensures compliance with strict formatting rules, including abstract length, keyword usage, JEL codes, author-date referencing, and mandatory declarations (COI, AI usage). This tool helps authors verify their submission package before final upload.

A comprehensive guide for polishing academic manuscripts intended for the Journal of Economic Growth (JEG). It instructs authors on structuring arguments around core growth mechanisms, translating raw econometric coefficients into meaningful growth language (e.g., convergence, productivity), and applying specific metadata and citation standards (APA, JEL codes) required by top-tier journals in development economics.

This comprehensive guide provides a detailed preflight checklist for submitting academic manuscripts to the Journal of Financial Economics (JFE). It walks authors through critical steps covering formatting standards (e.g., abstract length, citation style), ensuring anonymity, managing mandatory code/data deposits, and verifying submission requirements such as fees and target portals. Use this tool to ensure your paper is submission-ready.

A comprehensive guide for authors writing empirical papers (especially in finance/economics). It teaches the critical skill of separating load-bearing claims (must be in the main text) from exhaustive supporting evidence (best placed in the Internet Appendix). It details how to build a fully reproducible package, including data lineage, codebooks, and documenting proprietary data access paths.

Pre-submission checklist for the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis (JFQA) via Editorial Manager: verifies text-searchable PDF, 8.5x11/1-inch/12-pt Times New Roman double-spaced formatting, double-anonymous anonymization, ≤100-word abstract, $350 fee, prior-rejection disclosure, and code-sharing exception timing.
