This comprehensive guide details the rigorous process of preparing a double-blind academic paper for its final, public, dual-published status across ACM and IEEE platforms. It systematically covers de-anonymization (restoring names, affiliations, and acknowledgments), ensuring all rebuttal promises are met within strict page limits, and managing complex metadata requirements (ORCID, CCS concepts, rights blocks). It serves as a final production checklist for authors.

This skill polishes scholarly prose for academic manuscripts, particularly in Human Relations and social science. It focuses on elevating the writing from technically correct but flat drafts to a theoretically engaged, highly readable, and narratively compelling register. It guides users on structuring the argument (puzzle to generativity), refining prose (cutting nominalizations, using process voice), and adhering to strict academic constraints (abstract length, word caps, anonymity).

This comprehensive guide details the stringent process of preparing an accepted scholarly paper for publication in LIPIcs proceedings. It covers mandatory steps including converting to the specific `lipics-v2021` class, systematic de-anonymization (restoring authors, ORCIDs, and acknowledgements), completing rich metadata (ACM CCS, keywords, funding), and reconciling the final body text with the public full version. Essential reading for ensuring smooth production.

This comprehensive guide serves as an audit checklist for authors preparing submissions for ICALP (EATCS International Colloquium). It covers crucial academic submission logistics, including selecting the correct track (A or B), understanding the two-step deadline process (abstract registration and full submission), adhering to the 15-page body limit, and executing lightweight double-blind anonymity checks to prevent identifying metadata leaks. Essential reading before final upload.

This guide provides structural best practices for writing highly technical academic papers, particularly for top-tier conferences. It teaches authors how to critically distinguish between the core material that must be visible in the main body (for the referee to follow and judge) and the auxiliary details, complete proofs, or routine calculations that can be safely deferred to an appendix. Following this structure prevents common writing pitfalls, such as 'hollow bodies,' ensuring the paper is both highly readable and technically rigorous.

A comprehensive guide for transforming an accepted academic conference paper into its final, publishable "camera-ready" format for IEEE Xplore. Covers mandatory steps like PDF eXpress validation, completing the electronic copyright form, integrating reviewer feedback, confirming metadata, and preparing for both physical presentation and open-access publication.

A comprehensive audit guide for submitting papers to ICASSP conferences. This checklist covers crucial requirements such as the mandatory 4+1 page format, single-blind review rules (including author list inclusion), CMS portal submission protocols, EDICS metadata selection, and compliance with ethical standards. Use this guide before the deadline to avoid desk rejects.

This comprehensive guide outlines the strict requirements and protocols for submitting papers to the IEEE International Conference on Data Mining (ICDM). It details the crucial differences between the Research and Applied tracks, emphasizing the triple-blind anonymity regime. Key points include adhering to the strict 10-page IEEE format (including references and appendices), avoiding identity leaks in the body or metadata, and understanding the single, non-negotiable submission deadline. Failure to follow these guidelines results in automatic rejection.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing conference camera-ready papers for major academic proceedings (e.g., LIPIcs/ICDT). It systematically details the necessary steps to de-anonymize the work, populate mandatory metadata (ORCIDs, ACM CCS concepts, Keywords), adhere to strict LaTeX formatting, and ensure all assets meet CC-BY licensing requirements for successful DOI minting.

This guide details the process of packaging artifacts for academic conferences (ICLR), ensuring that research claims are fully reproducible and reviewable. It emphasizes providing minimal reproduction paths, maintaining data provenance, rigorously anonymizing metadata to protect authors' identities, and creating robust, permanent records for the scholarly community.

This skill guides researchers in preparing accepted ICLR papers for final submission. It covers de-anonymizing PDFs, incorporating discussion fixes, updating OpenReview metadata, and assembling poster assets like slides and videos. Ensure scientific claims remain consistent while tracking promises made during the review period.

This guide helps authors structure lengthy academic manuscripts, ensuring the main text maintains a clear, focused narrative while relegating supportive, detailed evidence to the appendices or supplementary materials. It outlines the 'determinative' principle, advising where to place hyperparameters, extended experiments, proof details, and code links to meet high journal standards and maximize readability for reviewers.
