Skill UI

This skill provides a structured methodology for reviewing code commits intended to fix security vulnerabilities or address audit findings. It ensures that the original root cause is properly resolved, verifies the fix hasn't introduced new bugs or vulnerabilities (regressions), and validates the overall completeness of the remediation effort. Ideal for security-critical code reviews.

This skill guides the implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards (X12, EDIFACT) within Odoo. It covers mapping complex B2B transaction sets—such as Purchase Orders (850), Invoices (810), and Advance Ship Notices (856)—to specific Odoo business objects. Use this to automate inbound and outbound document flows, ensuring seamless, automated data exchange with trading partners.

This comprehensive guide provides best practices for developing robust and efficient data access layers using Entity Framework Core. It covers critical areas including DbContext design, performance optimization (e.g., AsNoTracking, Select projection), secure querying techniques, migration strategies, and testing methodologies, ensuring the creation of scalable and maintainable applications.

A comprehensive guide for threat hunters focusing on detecting stolen session cookies and OAuth/PRT token replay (T1550.001). This skill teaches correlation techniques across Microsoft Entra ID SigninLogs and Okta System Logs, enabling the detection of impossible travel, refresh-token reuse, and anomalous lateral movement within federated SaaS environments. Essential for post-phishing or post-compromise investigations.

A guide on how to effectively position academic manuscripts, particularly for highly interdisciplinary journals like JCR. This technique emphasizes moving beyond 'gap-spotting' (stating what hasn't been studied) and instead focusing on 'problematization'—questioning fundamental assumptions within the existing body of consumer research literature. It teaches how to build a clear, multi-disciplinary conversation and defend the work's unique contribution against neighboring venues.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology (JASN). It assesses the suitability of clinical, translational, or basic science studies across kidney disease, dialysis, and transplantation. Provides detailed expectations regarding mechanistic significance, evidence bar, reporting guidelines (CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA), and manuscript structure.

A comprehensive guide for drafting scientific abstracts tailored for journals like PNAS Nexus. It details strict structural requirements, including maintaining a single paragraph format (max 250 words), ensuring self-containment, and presenting quantified results. Crucially, it distinguishes the abstract (What/How/Found) from the Significance Statement (Why it matters), helping authors polish their late-stage manuscripts for broad scientific audiences.

A comprehensive guide for maintaining consistency and completeness of references for PNAS Nexus submissions. It details the critical differences between the format-neutral requirements at submission time and the final numbered style required for publication, emphasizing the proper citation of datasets, software, and preprints.

This guide outlines the mandatory standards for open science publication, detailing how researchers must deposit all data, code, and raw materials (images, sequences) in public, archived repositories (like Zenodo, GEO, PDB). It emphasizes the need for DOIs/accession numbers and prohibits relying solely on "available on request" statements for primary findings.

This guide ensures authors meet the rigorous standards for submitting figures and tables to PNAS Nexus. It covers critical aspects including managing the page budget (graphical-element count), optimizing sizing for print legibility, visualizing raw data points (vs. means), ensuring colorblind-safe palettes, and maintaining complete data integrity by retaining raw, unprocessed source images.

A comprehensive guide for assessing the scope and significance of high-quality, cross-disciplinary research. This skill helps authors determine the optimal publishing venue—whether it should be PNAS Nexus, flagship PNAS, or a specialized field journal—by evaluating how broadly the findings resonate across biological, physical, social, and engineering sciences. It is crucial for submissions and for judging transfer opportunities following a PNAS decline.

This skill guides authors through the critical pre-submission decisions for fully Gold Open Access publishing. It helps confirm the Article Processing Charge (APC), check eligibility for waivers/discounts (e.g., low-income status, institutional agreements), and select the appropriate Creative Commons license (CC BY vs CC BY-NC) to ensure funder compliance and adherence to academic standards.
