Skill UI

Configures the Guidewire Studio local development environment, enabling efficient development, debugging, and testing. Features include Gosu debugging with breakpoints, hot deployment for rapid Gosu changes, GUnit integration for unit testing, and local test data loading via sample data loader. Ideal for simulating and developing the InsuranceSuite locally using 'gradle runServer'.

This tool suggests manual context compaction at logical breakpoints in your workflow, rather than relying on arbitrary automatic triggers. It helps preserve critical context by allowing the user to explicitly clear or summarize information after major tasks, planning stages, or milestones, ensuring continuity across complex, multi-step operations.

This skill guides the detection of unintended visual changes in user interface (UI) components. It works by capturing screenshots and performing pixel-by-pixel comparisons against approved baselines. It is essential for ensuring UI consistency across code changes, responsive breakpoints, and differing environments. Supports modern tools like Playwright, Percy, and BackstopJS.

Automates comprehensive end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) for deployed web applications. This skill performs multi-stage testing, including smoke tests, complex user interactions (forms, authentication), visual regression checks across breakpoints, performance monitoring (Core Web Vitals), and WCAG accessibility audits.

A comprehensive methodology for pinpointing the root cause of complex bugs, regressions, or unexpected behavior in large codebases. Techniques include binary search debugging, Git bisect for tracking regressions across commits, strategic data/control flow logging, component isolation, and advanced breakpoint strategies (conditional breakpoints, watch expressions). Ideal for scenarios where the bug source is unclear or difficult to reproduce.

This skill generates a comprehensive spacing and layout token system for Figma. It establishes foundational design rules, including a scalable spacing scale (e.g., 4px/8px base), responsive grid definitions for various breakpoints, and component-specific spacing conventions. It ensures design consistency and provides clear guidelines for developer handoff.

This powerful skill provides an interactive debugger interface, allowing developers to set breakpoints, step through source code line by line, inspect live variable states, and trace the entire call stack. It is essential for diagnosing complex bugs, understanding unexpected program flow, or determining the root cause when standard logging fails. It supports various languages via the DAP protocol.

This methodology allows engineers and analysts to conduct controlled counterfactual simulations when real-world testing (such as catastrophic failures, extreme load, or irreversible changes) is too rare, costly, or impossible. By isolating a single variable and tracing the mechanistic chain step-by-step, it helps surface critical system breakpoints, invariants, and necessary controls before deployment.

Interactively debug source code with the dap CLI: set breakpoints, step through execution line by line, inspect live variables and the call stack, evaluate expressions, and trace root causes across Python, Go, Node.js, Rust, and C/C++.
