Skill UI

A comprehensive skill for building beautiful, accessible, and production-ready user interfaces. It combines the modularity of shadcn/ui components (built on Radix UI), the utility-first flexibility of Tailwind CSS, and the visual power of canvas-based design systems. Use this skill for implementing complete design systems, creating responsive layouts, managing themes (including dark mode), and generating polished visual assets across multiple applications.

A comprehensive guide for managing AWS infrastructure as code using the SST v4 (Ion) framework, built on top of Pulumi. This skill covers the entire lifecycle, including writing and editing sst.config.ts, defining high-level components (Function, Bucket, Dynamo), wiring resource links, writing unit tests for infrastructure, and troubleshooting deployments across complex, multi-stack AWS environments.

This skill acts as a comprehensive maintenance orchestrator for the brooks-lint plugin repository. It executes a rigorous, sequential subagent pipeline—including authoring, evaluation, QA, trigger auditing, and release management. Use this when adding, editing, or updating skills to ensure all related components (manifests, README, CHANGELOG) are synchronized and adhere to strict quality gates throughout the development lifecycle.

This skill provides a comprehensive set of core UI components (e.g., Box, Button, Input, Card) and implements a structured design system. It guides developers on using design tokens (like `$textPrimary` or `$4`) instead of hard-coded values, ensuring visual consistency and scalability across applications. Ideal for any project requiring standardized, maintainable UI development.

A comprehensive guide for developers on creating and writing native modules and views using the Expo Modules API. It covers platform-specific implementation details for Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), and TypeScript. Use this when integrating system APIs, wrapping platform SDKs, or building complex native functionality that goes beyond standard React Native components.

Use @expo/ui to build high-fidelity, native user interfaces across iOS and Android from a single React codebase. This library renders real native UI components, such as SwiftUI on iOS and Jetpack Compose on Android. It promotes a universal component layer for cross-platform consistency, while also providing controlled access to platform-specific optimizations and drop-in replacements for existing community libraries.

A comprehensive discipline for managing the write path in React or React Native applications using a query/cache layer. It codifies the full optimistic update lifecycle, ensuring that UI updates feel instantaneous, rollbacks are verbatim upon failure, and the global cache remains perfectly coherent across all components and list views. This pattern is essential for complex, highly interactive user experiences.

This skill generates comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest for JavaScript and TypeScript. It supports advanced testing patterns, including deep mocking, asynchronous handling, snapshot testing, and testing React components with Testing Library. Use it when the user needs to thoroughly validate application logic and behavior.

A comprehensive guide and tool for applying sophisticated motion effects to UI components. Use it to select from five personality seeds (Spring, Silk, Snap, Float, Pulse) or specific descriptive keywords (like toggle-flip or shimmer). Ideal for defining the 'vibe' and functional transitions of any element in a modern user interface.

This skill analyzes your project's current StyleSeed setup, detects outdated engine files, and safely updates the core components, skills, and rules. It follows a structured, non-destructive process, ensuring that user-defined code, such as theme.css and custom components, remains untouched while applying necessary upgrades.

Utilizes Expo DOM components to render web code verbatim inside a webview on native platforms, while maintaining native rendering on the web. This enables developers to integrate web-only libraries (such as charting tools, syntax highlighters, or complex CSS layouts) and incrementally migrate existing web components into a React Native application without substantial rewriting.

This skill guides the design, implementation, and auditing of inclusive digital products based on WCAG 2.2 standards. It covers the POUR principles and provides technical guidance for generating semantic ARIA (Web) and native accessibility traits (iOS/Android). Use it when defining UI components, auditing compliance gaps, or ensuring robust keyboard navigation and focus management.
