Learn how to structure arguments, maintain anonymity, focus on evidence, and calibrate tone to effectively address reviewer concerns in different submission scenarios.

A comprehensive guide for designing rigorous and robust empirical programs in Information Retrieval, Data Mining, and Knowledge Management. It outlines how to meet the stringent evidence requirements for top-tier conferences, ensuring claims are substantiated across multiple evaluation dimensions (retrieval, mechanism, scalability) and incorporating best practices for reproducibility and handling modern challenges like LLM contamination.

A comprehensive guide detailing the mandatory submission requirements for major AI conferences like CIKM. It covers critical areas such as strict page budget rules (including appendices), mandatory GenAI Usage Disclosure, EasyChair nomination processes, maintaining double-blind anonymity, and adhering to crucial deadlines like the abstract-gate week to prevent desk rejection.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting scientific papers to major conferences. It details the strategic placement of supplementary material across the main body, in-PDF appendices, and external anonymous artifacts. Learn how to maximize impact and provide necessary evidence while strictly adhering to page limits and respecting reviewer attention economics.

Provides a comprehensive guide to managing the end-to-end workflow for submitting academic papers to major conferences like CIKM. It outlines multi-track coordination, crucial milestones (abstract gates, camera-ready), and assigns specific roles (e.g., Form Owner, Compliance Owner) to prevent common academic failures, ensuring timely and compliant publication.

A comprehensive guide for structuring and writing academic rebuttals for major conferences. It details time budgeting, how to address common reviewer objections with concrete evidence, and best practices for maintaining professional credibility throughout the intense review cycle.

A comprehensive guide detailing the rigorous submission process for major academic conferences like COLM. It covers strict formatting rules (e.g., 9-page limit), maintaining double-blind anonymity, mandatory LLM usage disclosure, and techniques for preventing identity leaks through technical sweeps. Essential reading for authors navigating the complex academic publishing lifecycle.

This skill helps authors strategically decide the optimal venue for their Language Model research. It provides the critical "object-of-study test" to determine if the LM itself is the subject of the study, or merely a tool for a task. Furthermore, it guides routing against top-tier NLP/AI conferences (ACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.), helping authors target the right audience and maximizing submission chances.

A comprehensive guide for drafting author responses to highly technical peer reviews in top-tier theoretical conferences. Learn how to repair perceived gaps, address objections regarding proof correctness, tightness, and novelty-of-technique, while adhering to specific academic policies and structure.

This guide details the rigorous, mathematically focused peer-review pipeline for top ML conferences like COLT (Conference on Learning Theory). It explains the double-anonymous review system, how reviewers assess correctness, significance, and novelty, and provides actionable advice on structuring rebuttals and interpreting final decisions for researchers aiming for top-tier academic publication.

This guide provides best practices for structuring complex academic manuscripts, particularly for conferences requiring a single-PDF submission model. It details how to optimally split content between the limited body (e.g., 12 pages) and the extensive appendix, ensuring that the crucial theorems, proofs, and auxiliary lemmas are presented in a verifiable and highly readable manner for peer reviewers. Key techniques include implementing restatement discipline and writing roadmap paragraphs for clear verification paths.

A comprehensive project management framework for authors submitting theoretical papers to major conferences (e.g., COLT). This guide outlines the entire lifecycle, emphasizing backward planning from the deadline, milestone setting (Result Freeze, Verification Pass), and critical quality checks, including proof assembly, anonymity sweeps, and rebuttal response. It is designed to mitigate common academic writing risks and ensure a robust submission process.
