Skill UI

A comprehensive studio workflow for generating professional, multilingual dubbing for local audio and video assets. This skill manages the entire process, including media submission, complex localization parameters (target locale, accent, language), real-time status polling, and final artifact download. It handles critical considerations like copyright checks, speaker consent, and preview generation to ensure high-quality, contextually appropriate dubbing across diverse languages.

This skill enables the creation and registration of reusable cloned voices from local audio samples for subsequent Text-to-Speech (TTS) applications. It implements a strict 'Consent-first' workflow, requiring explicit user consent, detailed metadata (speaker, permitted use), and adherence to copyright laws before any voice cloning can occur. It ensures the resulting voice ID is safe, traceable, and legally compliant for professional content creation.

Adds one optional external Codex critique after the council workflow has produced a synthesis draft. Use for ambiguous, high-consequence decisions where a separate model should attempt to break the consensus. Requires explicit user consent before sending a compact review packet to OpenAI, labels cross-provider vs same-provider honestly, sandboxes the external call, and marks the review absent if the adapter is unavailable.

This is an internal, deterministic consent gate used in the meta-short-drama workflow. It normalizes user-provided draft review comments and post-revision confirmation replies. Its primary function is to enforce a secure, bounded decision process, requiring explicit approval at every stage before any external image or video generation is authorized, thus preventing ambiguous inputs from proceeding.
