Skill UI

A comprehensive guide for structuring the empirical evidence section of top-tier NLP conference papers (e.g., EACL). It mandates rigorous controls, including fair baselines (tuned models, explicit LLM prompts), statistical significance testing (variance, CI), contamination checks, and detailed human evaluation protocols. Use this to elevate your research from mere assertion to scientifically audited proof.

This skill guides authors on submitting original, high-quality, and reusable Earth System datasets (observations, reanalysis, model outputs) as primary publications. It assesses whether the work fits the criteria of a 'data paper,' requiring open deposition in a FAIR repository with a persistent DOI, detailed provenance documentation, and rigorous quality control. It serves as a venue-selection and manuscript re-framing tool.

A comprehensive guide for academic researchers on how to structure and support claims in AI papers, particularly for top-tier conferences like ECAI. It details how to match the type of claim (e.g., completeness, efficiency, generalization) to the appropriate evidence—whether it requires a formal proof, a controlled empirical comparison, or a real-world deployment demonstration. The guide covers best practices for ML (seeds, ablations, baselines), multi-agent systems, and ensuring full provenance and academic honesty.

This skill provides a comprehensive advisory tool for authors targeting the journal 'Economic Review Journal' (《经济纵横》). It helps users assess the fit of their academic manuscript—covering macroeconomics, policy reform, and digital transition—by analyzing the journal's scope, required academic rigor, preferred structure, and common submission pitfalls. It functions as a pre-submission quality control mechanism.

This guide provides a structured strategy for authors responding to major academic revisions, particularly in environmental science. It teaches how to transform reviewer critiques—such as demands for QA/QC, mass balances, or new controls—into evidence-based responses. The key is to structure the letter, address every point concretely, and defend the scientific contribution while maintaining clarity and professionalism for the editor.

This guide assists in structuring the design of Environmental Science & Technology (ES&T) studies, including lab, mesocosm, field sampling, or modeling experiments. It ensures methodological rigor by planning for environmental relevance, necessary controls (e.g., abiotic loss, sorption), proper replication, mass/energy balance, and a comprehensive QA/QC plan from the outset, helping the study withstand expert peer review.

A comprehensive methodological guide for auditing experimental economic designs. Use this when the causal claim hinges on strict experimental control, addressing issues like incentive compatibility, randomization robustness, and adherence to the no-deception norm. It stress-tests the underlying methodology, verifying identification through rigorous design checks.

A comprehensive methodology for designing scientific and reproducible storage evaluations, particularly for high-stakes submissions. This guide covers controlling device state (aging, preconditioning, TRIM), selecting credible workloads (fio, YCSB), matching metrics (P99.9 latency, bytes-written) to claims, and rigorously testing durability and crash consistency on real hardware.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting the IEEE-RAS International Conference on Humanoid Robots. This skill helps frame, scope, and structure research papers in humanoid robotics. It dictates the necessary level of hardware evidence, whole-body control integration, and perception depth required to succeed at this top-tier venue, while distinguishing it from general robotics conferences like ICRA or RoboCup.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting top-tier systems and control journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (TAC). It helps authors evaluate the fit of their manuscript, transitioning from application-heavy case studies to general, provable theoretical theorems with rigorous mathematical proofs and explicitly stated assumptions. Essential for manuscript re-framing and academic submission readiness.

This tool guides authors on the rigorous standards required for submission to IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (TIE). It focuses on re-framing purely theoretical work into concrete, industrially relevant advances in control, power electronics, and mechatronics. It emphasizes the necessity of experimental validation, system-level industrial context, and adherence to specific journal guidelines.

This skill guides authors on submitting power conversion manuscripts to IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics (TPEL). It evaluates the manuscript's fit by checking for the required balance between theoretical novelty and rigorous experimental validation, covering topics like converter topologies, control methods, and wide-bandgap devices. Use it when evaluating a paper's suitability for TPEL or re-framing a design from a single build to a generalizable, highly benchmarked contribution.
