Skill UI

A structured multi-perspective deliberation process that summons clashing archetypes to debate a question, extract risks, and synthesize actionable insight whenever a tough decision, dilemma, or creative challenge demands diverse viewpoints.

A comprehensive, multi-agent protocol simulating a professional board meeting. It executes a structured 6-phase deliberation—from isolated C-suite contributions and critical analysis to final founder review and decision extraction. Use this when making complex, high-stakes strategic decisions requiring rigorous multi-perspective vetting and actionable documentation.

Facilitates structured multi-perspective deliberation by simulating distinct thinking archetypes to surface tensions, risks, and actionable synthesis for difficult decisions, trade-offs, creative problems, and strategic choices.

Runs a 6-phase multi-role C-suite deliberation that includes Phase 2 isolation to prevent groupthink, cross-examination, a devil's advocate pass, and synthesis into a board memo. Ideal for strategic decisions spanning multiple executive domains.

Generates a one-page strategy brief from a topic or office-hours intake, framing the question, options, assumptions, constraints, and success criteria. First step in the strategic sprint pipeline for boardroom deliberations on pricing changes, market entry, and other high-stakes decisions.

Founder-mode virtual C-suite with 13 persona agents and 21 slash commands for forcing-question office hours, boardroom deliberations, strategic sprints, and meta routing across finance, marketing, sales, product, operations, HR, security, legal, data, AI, customer success, engineering, and chief-of-staff roles.

This skill guides the process of routing a complex goal through an AI's scored-memory loop using the `acc_act(runtime="solve")` function. It provides a structured workflow for deliberation, handling intermediate `brain_frame` results, and submitting continuous proposals. It emphasizes systematic reasoning and requires careful resolution of all generated frames to ensure a robust and verifiable solution.

This skill implements the LLM Council concept, enabling multiple open-weight language models to collaborate on complex queries. The process follows a three-stage deliberation: 1) Parallel independent responses from selected models; 2) Peer-to-peer ranking of the responses; and 3) Final synthesis by a designated Chairman LLM. Powered by Fireworks AI, it ensures deep, multi-faceted analysis and consensus building for high-stakes decision support.

This skill provides utilities to manage and drain the deliberation queue (brain_frames) of the ACC system. It allows users to list waiting frames, retrieve necessary context, perform deliberation on open tasks, and submit continuations using `acc_act(runtime="continue")`. It is essential for checkpointed work saved by headless runs, ensuring continuous task resolution and calibration against predicted outcomes in complex AI workflows.

Provides an in-depth strategic guide to the academic conference submission pipeline, using ISCA as a detailed case study. It meticulously details the two-round review structure, the critical rebuttal/revision window, and offers actionable strategies for authors to navigate reviewer feedback, committee deliberations, and the final decision-making process in top-tier architecture venues.

This protocol simulates a diverse, anonymous jury of 3 to 5 specialized subagents to reach a committed, non-ambiguous verdict. It is designed to combat cognitive biases like anchoring and groupthink by running blind, independent opinions before structured deliberation. Ideal for high-stakes decisions across product development, architecture, strategy, and vendor choice where a single perspective is insufficient.

This framework guides decision-makers to structure their thinking by classifying decisions based on the cost and feasibility of reversal. It emphasizes treating low-cost, reversible choices (two-way doors) quickly, while reserving deep deliberation for high-cost, irreversible commitments (one-way doors). It helps mitigate analysis paralysis and premature over-engineering.
