Skill UI

This advanced prompt simulates a Senior Project Manager and DevOps specialist. It takes comprehensive feature artifacts (PRD, technical breakdowns, testing plans) and generates a structured, automated GitHub project plan. It enforces Agile best practices (Epic > Feature > Story > Enabler > Task) and includes templates for issue creation, dependency management, risk assessment, and Definition of Done, ensuring robust project tracking within GitHub.

This powerful skill converts complex, dependency-tagged matter plans into interactive Gantt charts and critical path analyses. Essential for Legal Project Management (LPM), it allows users to model 'what-if' scenarios—such as regulatory delays or scope changes—to predict program impact, identify affected tasks, and draft necessary communications. It supports baseline creation, change tracking, and filtered views by jurisdiction or workstream.

Manage tasks with the YYLO Ledger CLI: create, list, search, get, mark, update, archive and merge tasks with dependency tracking, ready ordering, cold archive packs and opt-in cross-project routing.
