This guide helps pure mathematics researchers evaluate whether their results possess sufficient depth, originality, and lasting importance to be submitted to highly selective, top-tier journals. It functions as a pre-submission screening tool, guiding authors to assess the true significance and appropriate scope of their work before investing significant time in framing or writing a full manuscript.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing an artifact appendix (ae.tex) for major conferences like ASPLOS. Learn how to structure your submission to achieve Available, Functional, and Reproducible badges. Covers managing complex dependencies (hardware, software, data), structuring the repository for evaluators, and optimizing collaboration protocols to ensure successful post-acceptance validation.

This guide details the rigorous process for packaging research artifacts for submission to major conferences like USENIX ATC. It outlines the requirements for earning three key badges—Artifacts Available, Functional, and Reproduced—ensuring that submitted work is reproducible, functional, and permanently archived according to industry best practices.

This guide outlines the comprehensive process for submitting and evaluating Computer Aided Verification (CAV) research artifacts. It details the criteria for earning three badges (Available, Functional, Reusable), the two-phase review structure (smoke-test and full review), and best practices for packaging scientific tools, including the use of containers, pinned benchmarks, resource limits, and proof witnesses. This ensures reproducibility and rigor in academic research.

This guide details the process of packaging and evaluating academic artifacts for ACM CCS conferences. It outlines the criteria for earning specific ACM badges (e.g., Functional, Reusable, Results Reproduced) by ensuring that supporting evidence—such as exploits, defenses, and measurement pipelines—is turnkey, reproducible, and rigorously documented for the review committee. It covers best practices for artifact planning, handling sensitive material, and justifying any withheld components.

This tool simulates the rigorous editorial process required for high-level journals in finance and economics. It guides authors to transform vague, policy-report-like drafts into precise, academically robust manuscripts. Key functions include eliminating empty-significance phrases, replacing generalizations with causal mechanisms, standardizing tense and person, structuring paragraphs with clear thesis statements, and ensuring all claims are supported by specific evidence and economic interpretation.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting high-impact chemical engineering venues. It helps authors re-frame their work from simple material synthesis to demonstrating an applied advance with clear mechanistic insight. Focus areas include catalysis, separation, functional materials, and performance benchmarking under realistic process conditions.

This detailed guide helps authors assess the scientific rigor and scope fit for manuscripts targeting Composites Part B: Engineering. It covers advanced domains like composite mechanics, manufacturing processes, multiscale modeling, and multifunctional materials. It emphasizes that a strong contribution must demonstrate a clear, mechanism-driven advance from material science to structural application, supported by rigorous, quantitative experimental evidence and model validation.

This guide outlines the process for converting accepted academic papers into optional ACM reproducibility badges. It walks authors through the rigorous evaluation cycle, covering everything from initial opt-in before submission to providing detailed one-page artifact descriptions. The goal is to prove that the research results are available, functionally sound, highly reusable, and accurately reproducible by independent evaluators.

This comprehensive guide details the academic review pipeline for CoNEXT conference submissions. It covers double-anonymous double-blind review, the two-round TPC process, and the critical nature of the one-shot "major revision," which functions similarly to a journal's revise-and-resubmit cycle. It provides authors with strategic insights to structure their research for rigorous academic scrutiny.

This skill provides a comprehensive advisory tool for authors targeting the journal 'Economic Review Journal' (《经济纵横》). It helps users assess the fit of their academic manuscript—covering macroeconomics, policy reform, and digital transition—by analyzing the journal's scope, required academic rigor, preferred structure, and common submission pitfalls. It functions as a pre-submission quality control mechanism.

A comprehensive guide for structuring and communicating robustness checks in economic policy papers. It teaches authors how to organize tests not as a checklist of alternative specifications, but by the specific threat (e.g., sample size, functional form, pre-trends) they neutralize. The focus must remain on defending the policy-relevant magnitude and confidence interval in the main text, preventing the paper from becoming a mere appendix dump.
