A comprehensive guide for authors preparing a SIGGRAPH paper for final publication in ACM Transactions on Graphics (TOG). It details the rigorous requirements beyond simple revisions, covering essential journal metadata (DOI, ACM rights, CCS concepts), correct formatting, permanent archiving of code/data, and finalizing supplemental media for professional publication.

A comprehensive guide for structuring research papers, particularly in computer graphics and visualization fields (like SIGGRAPH). It dictates how to match technical claims (e.g., 'higher quality,' 'faster') to verifiable evidence, including head-to-head comparisons against State-of-the-Art (SOTA), detailed metric reporting (PSNR, SSIM, Hausdorff), performance timing linked to specific hardware, and robust user studies. Essential for achieving academic rigor and pre-empting domain reviewer objections.

Provides a comprehensive guide on structuring the 'Related Work' section for top-tier computer graphics conferences like SIGGRAPH. It teaches authors how to position a new contribution based on 'capability delta' (what prior methods fail to do) rather than chronology, covering specialized technical lanes (rendering, geometry, AI for graphics) and managing complex academic attribution.

A comprehensive guide for computer graphics researchers detailing how to achieve result-level reproducibility, especially for major conferences like SIGGRAPH. It emphasizes pinning all provenance—including assets, random seeds, hardware stacks, and hyperparameters—and methodologies for handling non-determinism in floating-point math and stochastic simulations, ensuring that the reported figures and timings can be regenerated by any reader.

This skill assists researchers in strategically positioning their computer graphics and visualization research. It evaluates whether a contribution is truly "graphics-shaped" (demanding visual results and advancing graphics axes) and recommends the optimal venue (e.g., SIGGRAPH, CVPR, CHI, EGSR) and submission track (Dual-track or Journal-only) based on the nature and maturity of the work. It provides a crucial, high-leverage decision framework before committing to a submission.

A detailed guide for managing the entire academic paper submission process for major graphics conferences like SIGGRAPH and SIGGRAPH Asia. It outlines the two annual cycles, backward planning from deadlines, key milestones (results video, baselines), rebuttal strategies, and final camera-ready submission steps, ensuring researchers can manage complex timelines effectively.

This comprehensive guide provides the optimal structure and academic writing discipline for submitting high-quality technical papers to major computer graphics conferences, such as SIGGRAPH. It emphasizes building a compelling 'first-page arc,' leveraging the teaser figure to immediately demonstrate results, maintaining academic honesty by detailing limitations, and adhering to strict page budget constraints.

A comprehensive guide detailing the standards for scientific reproducibility in visualization research, particularly for IEEE VIS submissions. It outlines the Graphics Replicability Stamp Initiative (GRSI) requirements, covering how independent volunteers must reproduce results using provided code, data, and environments (e.g., Docker containers). Learn how to package your work—including determinism aids, mapping tables, and licensed data—to pass rigorous, clean-machine testing.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting to top-tier visualization venues (like IEEE VIS/TVCG). It teaches authors how to write the 'Related Work' section by adopting a 'delta-first' contrast approach, demonstrating novelty by clearly positioning the new work against prior art across multiple adjacent domains, including HCI, Graphics, and other regional visualization venues.

Seaborn is a high-level Python visualization library designed for creating publication-quality statistical graphics. It facilitates dataset-oriented plotting, multivariate analysis, and complex statistical visualizations (like KDEs, distributions, and relationships) directly from Pandas DataFrames with minimal code. It builds upon Matplotlib to provide semantic mapping and statistical awareness.

A comprehensive guide to writing custom shaders in Godot 4.x using the Godot Shading Language. Learn to create advanced 2D (canvas_item) and 3D (spatial) visual effects, implement post-processing using screen textures, and manage uniforms and animations. Covers the core workflow, built-in functions, and common pitfalls for high-performance graphics.

Configure and build PixiJS v8 render layers by creating async Applications, loading textures via Assets, composing scene graphs with Containers and Sprites, driving ticker loops, handling pointer events, and grouping draws with render groups. Use this skill for initializing PixiJS v8 projects, debugging canvas issues, and managing 2D graphics rendering pipelines.
