Skill UI

An advanced AI co-counsel designed for family and divorce law attorneys. This scaffold assists with the entire matter lifecycle—from intake and financial disclosure to drafting, mediation, and court preparation. It supports structural analysis, document organization, and strategy, while maintaining strict ethical boundaries and emphasizing attorney oversight. It is designed to be jurisdiction-agnostic, handling various personal-status regimes.

A specialized skill designed to convert complex legal materials—such as contracts, matter descriptions, corporate structures, timelines, or compliance processes—into context-appropriate, structured Mermaid diagrams. It utilizes a multi-step process involving structured data extraction, LLM enrichment, and mandatory gates to ensure accuracy. Ideal for visualizing relationships, obligations, and flows in legal documents, but strictly limited to legal or legal-adjacent diagrams.

This advanced skill provides end-to-end management for external local counsel on multi-jurisdiction legal matters. It guides the entire process—from firm selection and engagement setup (including instruction design) through performance monitoring, scope enforcement, and relationship escalation. The focus is on the coordination discipline of Legal Project Management (LPM) to prevent common failure modes like scope creep and ambiguous instructions.

This workflow mandates external verification for all non-trivial factual claims, ensuring accuracy in high-stakes domains. It is essential when researching current events, legal matters, scientific claims, or providing statistics. The process requires decomposing tasks, searching external sources, and providing immediate, inline citations to support every claim, overriding reliance on internal, potentially outdated knowledge.

This skill is designed for in-house legal operations teams managing outside counsel. It executes the full lifecycle of external engagement, covering matter allocation (matching the right firm by practice area and jurisdiction), drafting detailed matter instructions (scope, budget, timeline), generating firm onboarding checklists (conflict clearance, e-billing setup), and auditing existing instructions for gaps. It streamlines the entire process from selection to execution.

This skill automates the process of organizing unstructured client data—including emails, meeting notes, and org charts—into a structured, coherent matter brief. It supports the entire legal process lifecycle, from initial client intake and scoping to mid-matter reconstruction. Use it to compile raw material into a proposal-ready document, eliminating the painful, time-consuming phase of manual data assembly.

This skill converts an agreed initial scope into a comprehensive, structured, and executable matter plan. It supports multiple operating modes, including full detailed plans, high-level matter summaries, deep workstream task plans, rolling wave planning for fluid scopes, and crucially, updating the plan directly from unstructured correspondence (emails, meeting notes). It is essential for Legal Project Management (LPM) to ensure ownership, sequence, and dependencies are explicit.

A comprehensive skill that applies the two-step test (Concept of Work + Originality) derived from CJEU case law to determine if various types of subject matter (e.g., software, databases, photography, art) qualify for copyright protection under European Union law. It facilitates structured, dual-position argumentation (pro-rightsholder or pro-alleged-infringer) for legal analysis.

This tool is a deterministic formatter for generating the final delivery summary for academic papers (meta-paper-write). It accepts JSON inputs including paper contracts, compiled PDFs, and citation maps. It strictly reports only verified fields and consistent citation statistics, ensuring the output is machine-readable and never relies on LLM inference or prose counting.

This skill provides a comprehensive framework for in-house legal teams to evaluate the performance of outside counsel. It guides the creation of a detailed scorecard, structures post-matter feedback forms, prepares Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials, and generates comparative firm scorecards, allowing for data-driven panel decision-making.

A specialized skill for legal project management, designed to model, review, and optimize legal matter team structures. It identifies resource conflicts, assesses team gearing (ensuring the right grade mix is used), plans for team continuity during absences, and analyzes resource over-allocation across multiple matters. It helps law firms ensure cost efficiency and appropriate staffing levels.

A comprehensive skill for in-house legal teams to manage the entire lifecycle of selecting outside counsel. Users can draft structured Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate complex firm submissions against weighted criteria, and produce a defensible, actionable shortlisting recommendation for General Counsel sign-off. Supports panel refreshes, matter-specific pitches, and market checks.
