A comprehensive checklist and guide for authors preparing their accepted research papers for final publication (camera-ready). This process involves de-anonymization, restoring full author details, updating copyright and metadata, ensuring formal formatting, and managing the release of promised artifacts and code for reproducibility.

This comprehensive guide outlines the necessary theoretical rigor for algorithms and models submitted to top-tier computational journals. It instructs authors on how to formally state mathematical formulations, rigorously prove model validity, establish convergence, and quantify complexity (e.g., approximation ratios, finite termination). It provides specialized paths for exact methods, metaheuristics, and ML-enhanced OR, ensuring that the theoretical advancements fully support and rationalize the experimental findings.

This resource guides authors on positioning their research for the International Conference on Automated Machine Learning (AutoML). It helps evaluate if a manuscript—especially those involving NAS, HPO, or meta-learning—is a suitable fit for the venue. The focus is on framing contributions that enhance the automated search process, robust methodologies, and system pipelines, rather than solely relying on final leaderboard scores.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing rebuttals to multiple reviewers at INTERSPEECH. It provides strategic advice on tailoring responses to diverse expert profiles (e.g., speech engineers vs. scientists), managing the 4-page constraint, maintaining anonymity, and structuring responses to maximize impact on the meta-reviewer. Essential for authors navigating the competitive academic publication process.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing camera-ready papers for the INTERSPEECH conference. It covers critical steps like de-anonymizing content, ensuring accurate metadata linking (DOI/ISCA Archive), meeting author registration requirements for proceedings inclusion, and planning oral or poster presentations.

This comprehensive guide details the end-to-end technical program committee (TPC) review process for major academic conferences like INTERSPEECH. It walks through every stage—from initial submission and area assignment to independent review, rebuttal, meta-review, and final decision. Users can learn how to decode reviewer feedback, understand the limitations of the rebuttal, and develop a strategic plan for future submissions and research refinement.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing submissions for the INTERSPEECH conference. This audit checklist covers critical aspects including strict 4-page formatting compliance, maintaining double-anonymous status throughout the review period, meticulous metadata handling (CMT fields), and navigating the specific paper update windows and potential desk-reject triggers.

A comprehensive guide for the final pre-submission quality check of academic manuscripts, particularly for double-blind review processes. It covers critical compliance points such as maintaining anonymity, adhering to strict word counts (including figures/tables), managing separate metadata (abstracts, acknowledgments), and ensuring proper third-person self-citation to avoid common rejection pitfalls.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing accepted academic papers for final publication. It details the requirements for a dual-publisher format (ACM and IEEE), covering mandatory steps like de-anonymization, completing dual metadata (ORCID, CCS, DOI), integrating reviewer feedback without scope creep, and permanentizing dataset/firmware links using public DOI archives. This ensures the submission meets the highest standards for academic rigor and publishing platforms.

This guide provides a comprehensive strategy for responding to academic conference reviews, particularly those with no formal rebuttal period (like IROS). It details the three key channels of response: pre-submission objection handling, integrating meta-review feedback into the camera-ready manuscript, and drafting formal response letters or resubmission memos. It emphasizes maintaining scope, transparency, and evidence integrity throughout the process.

This comprehensive guide provides a step-by-step checklist for authors transitioning from an anonymous conference submission to a final, polished, camera-ready manuscript. It covers de-anonymization (restoring author details), integrating meta-review critiques, ensuring compliance with major publishers (like IEEE eCF/PDF-eXpress), and preparing supporting public artifacts, making it essential for academic publication success.

This comprehensive guide details the rigorous, multi-step process of converting an accepted, anonymized conference paper into its final, published 'camera-ready' format. It covers technical requirements such as de-anonymizing author details, restoring artifact links, updating metadata, managing publisher-specific workflows (ACM/IEEE), and preparing for conference talks and publicity.
