This comprehensive audit guide assists researchers in preparing papers for CoNEXT submission. It covers critical workflow stages, including choosing the correct submission cycle (December or June), adhering to ACM acmart formatting and strict page budgets, managing the two-step registration process, ensuring double-anonymous review compliance, and implementing essential security checks to prevent identity leaks in artifacts and metadata.

This guide details the best practices for preparing and submitting supplementary materials for CSCW submissions. It clarifies the difference between main papers, appendices, and separate files, emphasizing that anything needed to *trust* the method belongs here. Crucially, it provides deep guidelines on data anonymization, metadata scrubbing, and version control for review rounds.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing the final, camera-ready manuscript for major academic conferences. It details crucial post-acceptance steps, including systematically de-anonymizing the paper, restoring author affiliations and funding details, correctly implementing ACM copyright forms and DOI stamps, adhering to strict page budgets, and verifying all metadata for proper archival indexing in the ACM Digital Library.

This comprehensive guide provides a detailed audit checklist for submitting research manuscripts to major design automation conferences (e.g., DAC). It covers critical steps such as the two-stage abstract/manuscript timeline, adherence to the strict 6+1 page format, ensuring double-blind anonymization (removing all identifying metadata), declaring TPC conflicts, and mitigating common submission risks. Essential reading for researchers preparing for high-stakes academic submissions.

This comprehensive guide helps authors assess the suitability of their diabetes or metabolic manuscript for *Diabetes Care* (ADA). It details the required clinical scope, evidence strength (e.g., RCTs, observational studies), necessary data analysis standards, and specific structural requirements, ensuring the work aligns with high-impact clinical practice guidelines and the ADA Standards of Care.

A comprehensive guide for authors addressing the rebuttal window for major NLP/AI conferences (like EACL). It details how to strategically triage reviewer objections, craft responses for both individual reviewers and the action editor's meta-review, plan runnable in-window experiments, and make critical decisions about the paper's future venue.

This comprehensive guide outlines the critical steps required to prepare a camera-ready version of an NLP conference paper (e.g., EACL). It covers mandatory submissions after acceptance, including content expansion, de-anonymization (restoring author names, citations, and metadata), addressing meta-review required changes, ensuring correct ACL Anthology metadata, and managing public artifact release and presentation logistics. Essential for ensuring academic integrity and compliance.

This guide models the end-to-end review pipeline for EACL conference submissions. It details the stages—from initial ARR review and author rebuttals to the action editor's meta-review and final committee commitment. It provides strategic advice on interpreting outcomes (Main, Findings, Reject), handling ethical concerns, and planning re-routing to sibling ACL venues.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing their accepted ECCV papers for multiple publication venues, including Springer LNCS, ECVA open-access portals, and arXiv. It details critical steps such as managing page budgets, ensuring metadata accuracy, fulfilling rebuttal promises, and adhering to strict publication deadlines.

This comprehensive guide outlines the mandatory steps for authors preparing their accepted EDBT paper for open-access publication on OpenProceedings.org. It details critical processes, including template adherence, completing the CC-BY-NC-ND open-access license, entering ISBN metadata, de-anonymizing content, and permanently linking artifacts using DOIs, ensuring a smooth publishing workflow.

This guide provides strategic advice on drafting author responses for major NLP conferences (like EMNLP/ACL ARR). It teaches authors how to triage reviewer comments by soundness, excitement, and misreading, structure replies for maximum impact on the Area Chair's meta-review, and manage conflicts between reviewers. Learn what evidence can be added mid-review and how to strategically concede.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting their final, camera-ready version of an accepted EMNLP paper. It details the critical, multi-stage process, including merging reviewed edits, restoring author identity and public links, verifying Anthology metadata, and publishing associated artifacts. This ensures the manuscript meets all strict academic publishing and technical standards.
