Skill UI

LatchBio Integration provides a Python-first platform to compose, deploy, and monitor serverless bioinformatics pipelines with the Latch SDK, decorator-based tasks, cloud storage (LatchFile/Dir), GPU tuning, and Nextflow or Snakemake interoperability.

Build and operate reproducible genomics workloads on DNAnexus using dx CLI, dxpy SDK, apps/applets, native workflows, dxCompiler, and Nextflow. Supports data transfers, execution monitoring, workflow import, and project automation with secure authentication and compliance controls for regulated data handling.

Build, register, debug, and operate bioinformatics workflows on Latch using the Python SDK, CLI, Nextflow, Snakemake, Latch Data, Registry, and MCP. Covers resource configuration, data management, UI forms, and run monitoring.

Build, run, and debug Nextflow data pipelines and nf-core workflows end to end. Supports reproducible scientific/bioinformatics workflows, HPC/cloud scaling, and nf-core module testing.
