Skill UI

This advanced orchestrator manages complex internal business workflows, covering process mapping, vendor management, capacity planning, and procurement optimization. It acts as a central router, classifying multi-signal inquiries and delegating tasks to specialized sub-skills (e.g., knowledge-ops, vendor-management). It follows a structured, depth-first workflow and returns actionable, digested reports anchored in documentation and next steps.

A sophisticated tool for Operations Leaders (CX, Support, BizOps) to model team capacity, headcount requirements, and utilization risk. Built on Erlang-C queueing theory and Little's Law, it provides capacity sizing (P50/P90/P99), utilization health checks, and a detailed 12-month quarterly hiring plan that accounts for ramp-up and attrition. Use it for annual planning and budget defense.

This tool assists commercial leaders (RevOps, Sales VPs) in conducting comprehensive quarterly channel reviews. It calculates the fully-loaded cost-to-serve per channel, analyzes ROI across cash, LTV, and marginal lenses, and recommends an optimal channel mix subject to strategic constraints. It provides actionable verdicts (DOUBLE-DOWN, DEFUND, etc.) to guide resource allocation and strategic decisions.

This skill helps structure the foundational commercial policies governing discounting off list price. It builds three deterministic tools: a 4D discount matrix builder (considering ARR, term length, payment terms), an exception flow router with compensating commitments, and a policy linter to detect governance gaps. It is designed for Heads of Commercial and RevOps to establish defensible rules of engagement, ensuring margin adherence and preventing discount drift, rather than for approving individual deals.

This skill is designed for Heads of Procurement or BizOps leaders conducting annual category reviews. It analyzes complex enterprise spending patterns by categorizing costs using UNSPSC standards, identifying the top cost drivers (Pareto analysis), and diagnosing bottlenecks in the purchasing cycle. It generates a defensible, risk-balanced plan for supplier consolidation, ensuring no critical tier-1 category is collapsed to a single source without documented contingency plans.

A comprehensive tool for Bid Managers and Proposal Leads to structure responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. It systematically parses complex requirements, maps product proof-points to identify strategic gaps (GAP audit), develops win-themes using the Shipley method, and calculates a defensible winrate estimate to guide a decisive bid/no-bid decision. Focuses on strategy, not narrative writing.

A comprehensive tool for BizOps and VMO operators to conduct proactive, multi-dimensional vendor performance audits. It scores SaaS and third-party vendors using weighted criteria (reliability, security, support), tracks SLA compliance to identify potential credit claims, and classifies third-party risk across critical vectors (data, financial, regulatory). Ideal for quarterly vendor health checks and defensible renewal recommendations.

A comprehensive guide on embedding before-and-after screenshots directly into pull request descriptions. This skill helps reviewers visualize UI changes, layout adjustments, and data visualizations instantly, without needing to check out the branch. Includes best practices for image sizing, structured Markdown patterns, and specific API/upload guidance for Azure DevOps and GitHub.

This skill guides the creation and maintenance of a `.geminiignore` file. By systematically filtering out machine-generated noise—such as build artifacts, dependency lock files, logs, and caches—it significantly optimizes the AI agent's context window. This process improves processing speed and, critically, reduces token consumption costs (FinOps).

A structured playbook for improving the time and space complexity (Big-O) of existing, slow code. This skill guides developers through systematic refactoring, focusing on identifying bottlenecks like nested loops or N+1 queries. It emphasizes applying transformations one at a time, maintaining test coverage, and measuring performance gains to ensure correct and efficient code.

This skill enforces an algorithm-first discipline, requiring the user to state the time and space complexity (Big-O), the intended data structure, and the core algorithm family before writing any complex code (loops, queries, recursion). It serves as a critical gatekeeper to prevent common performance pitfalls like O(n²) complexity, N+1 database queries, and brute-force implementation errors, significantly improving code robustness and efficiency.

This privileged skill lands self-modification patches approved by users after /meta-optimize. It enforces a privilege boundary by acting as the only skill permitted to mutate the skill corpus. It runs a fresh cross-model jury at landing time to verify patches before applying changes, ensuring safety and preventing self-modification loops. Requires explicit human invocation.
