A comprehensive guide and workflow for digital forensics investigators to analyze raw email headers. This tool helps trace the true origin of suspicious emails, verify sender authenticity, and detect advanced spoofing techniques by validating crucial protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. It covers everything from header parsing to domain infrastructure analysis and IP reputation checks.

Utilize the Scapy library in Python to perform deep packet inspection, crafting, sending, and sniffing of various network protocols (TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS). This skill is essential for analyzing pcap files, implementing advanced security techniques like SYN scans, extracting protocol fields, and detecting network anomalies such as fragmentation or tunneling indicators. Ideal for security researchers, SOC analysts, and penetration testers.

A comprehensive guide for deep packet inspection and network forensics using Wireshark and tshark. This skill is critical for incident response, where it allows users to capture, filter, and analyze network packet data to identify malicious command-and-control traffic, diagnose complex protocol issues, extract indicators of compromise (IOCs), and reconstruct data exfiltration paths. Use it for validating security rules and understanding network anomalies.

Automates deep packet inspection using tshark and pyshark on PCAP files. This tool is designed for cybersecurity professionals to perform structured network forensics, compute protocol distribution, detect suspicious activity (like port scans, beaconing, and data exfiltration), extract critical IOCs (IPs, domains, URLs), and identify advanced threats such as DNS tunneling patterns. Ideal for incident response and security auditing.

This specialized skill is designed to analyze complex security flaws involving forced authentication (coercion) and identity relay chains. It guides users to trace and document the complete, minimal path from the initial coercion trigger (e.g., a specific service or protocol edge) through intermediate hops, to the final service that accepts the relayed credentials. Use this for deep security research, forensics, and documenting the decisive sequence leading to privilege escalation or code execution.

A specialized skill for analyzing complex, host-to-host lateral movement chains within a Windows environment. It focuses on tracing protocols like WinRM, SMB, and RDP, replaying captured Kerberos tickets, understanding privilege edges, and identifying the exact accepting service or host that facilitates credential movement. Used in advanced penetration testing and digital forensics scenarios.
