A comprehensive guide detailing the complex submission and evaluation pipeline for TACAS (Tools and Algorithms for Scientific Applications). It models key features such as category-specific blind review, the mandatory parallel artifact evaluation for tool papers, and the single-round conference decision-making process, helping authors strategically prepare their submissions.

Astropy is the essential Python package for astronomical research and data analysis. It provides a comprehensive suite of tools for handling celestial coordinate transformations (e.g., ICRS, Galactic), managing physical units and quantities, processing FITS files, performing complex cosmological calculations, and ensuring precise time handling. It is indispensable for any project involving scientific data in the field of astronomy and astrophysics.

This workflow mandates external verification for all non-trivial factual claims, ensuring accuracy in high-stakes domains. It is essential when researching current events, legal matters, scientific claims, or providing statistics. The process requires decomposing tasks, searching external sources, and providing immediate, inline citations to support every claim, overriding reliance on internal, potentially outdated knowledge.

This skill provides guidance on extracting tabular data from PDFs, spreadsheets, and images using the xberg tool. It covers layout-aware table detection, selection of table models (TATR, SLANet variants), output formats (Markdown or JSON), and known limitations. Useful for processing financial statements, invoices, and scientific tables.
