Skill UI

Detects system CPU, GPU, memory, and disk availability before heavy scientific tasks, writing `.claude_resources.json` with strategic recommendations (parallelism, out-of-core, GPU acceleration) so analysts choose appropriate compute approaches.

Defines a Markdown/Mermaid-first documentation skill for scientific and technical writing, providing diagram standards, 24 reference types, and templates so every report, README, or analysis stays text-first, versionable, and visualization-ready.

Craft competitive research proposals for NSF, NIH, DOE, DARPA, and Taiwan NSTC by aligning narratives with agency review criteria, detailing budgets, personnel plans, and broader impacts, and incorporating required AI-generated schematics via the scientific-schematics skill.

Guides research teams through a two-stage manuscript workflow: outline sections with research-lookup, enforce IMRAD structure, citation styles, figures, and reporting guidelines, then convert into polished prose for journals.

Deep research and scientific writing assistant that produces LaTeX/BibTeX documents with verified citations for papers, proposals, reports, and reviews, ensuring well-formatted, citation-backed outputs for academic or clinical contexts.

Search OpenAlex, PubMed, and Google Scholar for papers, extract accurate metadata from CrossRef, PubMed, and arXiv, validate citations, and generate properly formatted BibTeX entries for scientific writing.

A comprehensive skill for creating technical and scientific documentation using Markdown as the source format, enhanced by embedded Mermaid diagrams. This method establishes text-based diagrams as the canonical standard, ensuring that all visualizations are clean, editable, and highly readable in version control systems like Git. It is ideal for generating reports, architectural diagrams, workflows, and any content that requires cross-platform rendering and version history.

Draft, revise, and audit scientific manuscripts with evidence provenance, reporting guideline coverage, authorship accountability, confidentiality controls, and consistency checks. Use for manuscript sections, references, declarations, tables, figures, or submission preparation.

Conduct comprehensive systematic literature reviews across biomedical and scientific domains using multiple academic databases. Synthesize findings, verify citations, and generate professional markdown or PDF documents. Includes AI-generated scientific schematics for visual enhancement. Ideal for research synthesis, meta-analyses, and thesis writing.

This stub experiment generator is designed for the meta-paper-write demo. It takes a topic phrase and deterministically produces a 20-row CSV file containing baseline and generated results. This ensures stable and reproducible results for demonstration purposes, but should not be used for real scientific data.

A comprehensive guide for structuring and writing high-quality AI research manuscripts intended for major academic conferences (e.g., AAAI). It teaches how to structure the first page for maximum impact, clearly state contributions (method, theory, system, etc.), ensure two-column readability, and address ethical limitations to appeal to a broad, non-specialist committee audience.

Provides comprehensive style guidance for writing and refining scientific manuscripts for Acta Automatica Sinica (AAS). This guide covers the structure of the reporting abstract (Purpose/Method/Result/Conclusion), handling bilingual requirements, formatting rules for equations, figures, and adherence to national standards for units and citations (GB/T 7714). Ideal for papers in control theory, robotics, and intelligent systems.
