DefectDojo is an open-source platform for comprehensive vulnerability management. It aggregates findings from over 200 security scanners (e.g., Nessus, ZAP), automatically deduplicates results, and provides detailed dashboards for tracking remediation progress. It integrates seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines, Jira for ticketing, and Slack for notifications, making it ideal for automated security reporting and compliance tracking in a DevSecOps environment.

Implements a comprehensive incident ticketing system that connects SIEM alerts to major ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, or TheHive. This solution formalizes incident tracking, automates ticket creation, and manages critical processes such as Service Level Agreement (SLA) tracking, complex escalation workflows, and compliance documentation throughout the entire incident lifecycle.

This comprehensive guide details the implementation of a Vulnerability Remediation SLA program. It covers establishing mandatory patching timeframes based on asset criticality and CVSS severity, defining exception processes, setting up escalation chains, and integrating tracking metrics (KPIs) into existing ticketing systems. Use this when defining mandatory security patching policies or maturing vulnerability management processes.

Automate routine HelpDesk tasks using the dedicated Rube MCP toolkit. This skill allows users to list, browse, and paginate through support tickets, manage predefined agent views, retrieve canned responses, and inspect custom field definitions, streamlining entire support workflows and improving operational efficiency.

This skill takes large plans, specifications, or Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and systematically breaks them down into small, independently verifiable, and actionable GitHub issues. Utilizing the 'vertical slice' (tracer bullet) methodology, it ensures that each generated task cuts through all integration layers (UI, API, Schema, Tests) end-to-end. It manages dependencies, identifies required human interaction (HITL) versus autonomous implementation (AFK), and prepares a structured, executable backlog ready for immediate ticketing.

This skill enables you to act as an elite AI-powered customer support specialist. It covers conversational AI, automated ticketing, sentiment analysis, and omnichannel support experiences. You will master best practices for customer experience optimization, knowledge management, and analytics.
