This skill helps developers accurately find and explore the correct Windows API for specific platform capabilities, such as file access, camera usage, notifications, or UI controls. It searches a comprehensive local cache of WinMD metadata, providing full technical details including methods, properties, events, and enumeration values for APIs sourced from the Windows Platform SDK and WinAppSDK. It is indispensable when building complex features requiring deep integration with the Windows operating system.

Use for live Windows or macOS GUI tasks that structured tools cannot complete. Discover approved apps and windows, observe current state, act via semantic elements or shortcuts, and verify every requested outcome. Includes an operating loop for reliable desktop automation and visual verification.

This skill generates and opens the Power Apps Wrap URL for a specific application within a given environment. It requires the app ID and environment ID as arguments. The tool supports both Production and Test environments and automatically attempts to open the URL in the default browser on macOS, Linux, or Windows. If automatic opening fails, the URL is provided for manual access.
