Skill UI

Provides the Azure Resource Manager SDK for .NET to manage Application Insights resources. It enables comprehensive observability, allowing developers to programmatically create, configure, and manage performance monitoring components, API keys, and availability tests (WebTests) within Azure cloud environments.

Automates crafting APM dashboards by identifying required metrics, selecting golden signals, and generating configurations for Grafana, Datadog, or other monitoring platforms, so you can quickly visualize application health and performance.

A comprehensive, expert-level workflow for debugging complex software issues in production environments. This skill guides users through initial triage, advanced observability data collection (APM, distributed traces, logs), intelligent hypothesis generation, and full root cause analysis. Use it when dealing with intermittent failures, performance bottlenecks, or needing a complete fix and prevention plan.

A comprehensive, AI-assisted methodology for diagnosing complex software errors in production environments. This skill guides users through the entire debugging lifecycle, from initial triage and gathering observability data (Sentry, DataDog, Jaeger) to generating hypotheses, selecting appropriate debugging strategies (Time-Travel, Chaos Engineering), and performing AI-powered root cause analysis. It culminates in proposing validated fixes and prevention measures.

This skill simulates an expert performance engineer capable of diagnosing complex bottlenecks across the entire technology stack. It covers modern observability techniques (OpenTelemetry, APM), advanced profiling (CPU, Memory, I/O), and sophisticated load testing strategies (k6, Chaos Engineering). Use this when optimizing scalability, reducing latency, improving throughput, or architecting highly reliable, performant distributed systems in cloud environments.

samber/oops is a robust library that transforms standard Go error handling by adding crucial structured context. Instead of generic error messages, it allows developers to attach key-value attributes, stack traces, error codes, and user-facing messages directly to the error object. This is essential for modern microservices, allowing APM tools (Datadog, Sentry) and on-call engineers to diagnose failures accurately by understanding the full context of the failure, such as the domain, user ID, and specific query that failed.

Configure New Relic for full-stack observability: install infrastructure agents on Linux, Docker and Kubernetes, integrate APM agents for Node.js, Python, Java and Go, add custom events, metrics and spans, and write NRQL queries for dashboards and alerts.
