Skill UI

This skill automates a structured Product Management (PM) design review process. It assesses a Figma design against defined product requirements (PRD) and user flows, ensuring functional completeness and readiness for engineering handoff. It checks for requirements coverage, handles edge cases (empty/error/loading states), identifies functional concerns (not aesthetic), and provides a clear, actionable approval status.

This skill guides the planning and structuring of Figma prototypes specifically for usability testing and user research. It helps define the precise scope (in/out scope), specifies every interaction detail (trigger, elements, animations), builds comprehensive flow diagrams, and generates detailed test task scripts. It ensures the prototype is the minimum viable version needed to answer the research questions, preventing scope creep and over-engineering.

This skill generates a comprehensive spacing and layout token system for Figma. It establishes foundational design rules, including a scalable spacing scale (e.g., 4px/8px base), responsive grid definitions for various breakpoints, and component-specific spacing conventions. It ensures design consistency and provides clear guidelines for developer handoff.

This skill provides a comprehensive blueprint for designing digital products within Figma. It systematically maps out entire user journeys, including happy paths, loading states, error conditions, empty states, and edge cases. By defining the complete flow and suggested file structure beforehand, it prevents scope creep and ensures designers account for every necessary screen variant before starting the actual design work.

This skill systematically defines all necessary variants, states, and properties for a Figma component before development. It ensures comprehensive coverage of all states (e.g., Hover, Disabled, Loading) and properties (e.g., Size, Type), generating a robust variant matrix that prevents critical design gaps and streamlines the entire component building process in Figma.

Generates a comprehensive and structured financial due diligence framework for any investment, M&A, or major partnership. It produces a detailed document request list, key analytical questions, red flags checklist, and a summarized financial health assessment, tailored to specific transaction types and diligence stages.

Transforms complex financial model outputs (P&L, balance sheet figures) into clear, structured, and compelling written narratives. Ideal for preparing board packs, investor updates, or executive management reports by translating mere numbers into actionable stories. The output provides headline insights, detailed driver analysis, variance explanations, and robust forward-looking commentary tailored to specific audiences.

This skill generates a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) asset pack. It structures all necessary marketing and sales materials—including positioning statements, core messaging pillars, feature-to-benefit mappings, and role-specific use cases—following established frameworks like Geoffrey Moore's model. Use it when launching a new product, feature, or service to ensure internal teams and market content are highly aligned and focused on solving customer pain points.

This skill generates a comprehensive, cross-functional Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for any product launch, feature release, or new market entry. It helps align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams by defining launch tiers (Major, Feature, Incremental), core messaging, operational activities, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies. Ideal for pre-launch strategy, ensuring cross-departmental coordination, and defining measurable success criteria.

This advanced skill generates complete, highly structured grant proposals and funding applications tailored to funder priorities. It moves beyond generic writing by producing detailed sections including project summary, problem statement, SMART objectives, methodology, measurable impact outcomes, and a comprehensive budget narrative. Use this when applying for research grants, charitable funding, or innovation funds to maximize your chance of securing necessary resources.

This skill generates a complete, structured interview scorecard and guide for any specific role. It helps reduce hiring bias and ensures consistent evaluation across all interviewers by defining key competencies, behavioral questions (STAR format), and clear scoring guidance. It is crucial when developing comprehensive assessment criteria or interview frameworks for hiring.

Generates a comprehensive, structured, and blameless incident postmortem document. This skill is designed for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), P1/P2 incident reviews, and outage reports, ensuring the focus remains on systemic gaps and preventative action items rather than individual blame. It guides the user through gathering all necessary details, from the timeline and impact to defining concrete action owners and due dates.
