This guide provides comprehensive best practices for preparing supplementary materials for major academic conferences like AISTATS. It details the proper structure and handling of appendices, mathematical proofs, code archives, and additional data tables, ensuring that the main paper remains fully understandable even if the supplementary material is ignored by reviewers. Essential for publishing high-quality, robust research.

A comprehensive guide to adhering to ASA/ASR data-sharing and transparency standards for social science research. It helps users prepare thorough documentation, define data provenance (codebooks, scripts), manage confidentiality constraints (IRB, proprietary data), and ethically prepare materials for academic publication. Use this when structuring a manuscript's data section or anticipating reviewer questions about data verification.

A comprehensive guide detailing the strict requirements for submitting supplementary materials (video figures, code archives, data, and appendices) to major academic conferences like CHI. It emphasizes critical rules such as end-to-end anonymity, self-containment (the paper must stand alone), proper data archiving, and handling multiple submission stages (review vs. publication).

This guide details the rigorous requirements for achieving research reproducibility in academic publishing. It moves beyond simple data sharing, mandating that authors deposit model-fitting code, analysis scripts, and materials with persistent identifiers (DOI). Key steps include ensuring reported results can regenerate in a fresh session, completing declarations of competing interests, and linking pre-registrations, ensuring compliance with strict journal standards.

A comprehensive guide detailing how to structure and populate the supplementary material section of technical research papers, especially in NLP and Machine Learning. It distinguishes between load-bearing elements (main text) and audit trails (appendix), covering prompt verbatim, decoding configurations, full result grids, and code anonymization protocols to ensure high reproducibility and academic rigor.

This skill automates the entire GitHub Pull Request (PR) review cycle, specifically targeting Copilot Code Review comments. It runs a robust loop: automatically triggering reviews, triaging open threads, dispatching parallel fixes that adhere to repo conventions, committing changes, and resolving comments. It continues iterating until the PR is deemed clean and ready for merge, minimizing manual effort and ensuring high code quality.

This comprehensive guide outlines best practices for packaging and releasing scientific artifacts—including code, training configurations, demonstration data, and policy checkpoints—for robotics research papers. It details how to prepare materials for anonymous reviewer assessment and for durable public release, ensuring the work is fully reproducible by the academic community.

A comprehensive guide detailing the submission rules and best practices for supplementary materials, including videos, appendices, code, and data, for top-tier robotics conferences. It outlines distinct submission channels, strict technical requirements (e.g., 250MB video cap, anonymity), and the necessary transition steps from the review phase to the final camera-ready publication format.

This guide provides comprehensive instructions for preparing and submitting supplementary material for computer vision conferences like ECCV. It details how the supplement should support the main paper's claims without adding new results, covering topics such as qualitative result visualization, detailed ablation studies, code archive scrubbing, and ensuring full anonymity across all uploaded assets.

A comprehensive preflight checklist for authors submitting manuscripts to Econometrica. It details strict guidelines on manuscript length (main body and supplemental material), formatting, anonymization protocols, membership requirements, and adhering to the latest Data and Code Availability Policy. Use this guide before submission to ensure full compliance with the journal's standards.

This guide outlines best practices for submitting theoretical econometrics manuscripts to ET. It addresses how to handle extensive proofs, auxiliary lemmas, and simulation results that exceed page limits. The core focus is utilizing the voluntary Supplementary Material policy to ensure full reproducibility and transparency without requiring mandatory data or code archives.

This comprehensive preflight checklist guides researchers through the final essential steps before submitting a manuscript to the European Economic Review (EER). It ensures adherence to Elsevier formatting standards, addresses mandatory replication policies (data/code availability), verifies funding declarations, and confirms all necessary fees and ethical statements are in place. Use this guide as the ultimate final check before pressing submit.
