Skill UI

This skill guides decision-making when resources (time, context, tools) are finite and the search space is infinite. It instructs the user to first establish a clear, explicit 'good enough' aspiration level. Once set, the process involves stopping at the first option that meets this threshold, preventing costly over-optimization and wasted effort.

Structured GDPR Article 35 Data Protection Impact Assessment guidance based on EDPB criteria, Opinion 28/2024, and national blacklists. Assists threshold decisions, full assessment (assets, necessity, proportionality, risk tracks, mitigations), Art. 36 consultation, and multi-jurisdictional analysis for high-risk processing like profiling, AI, biometrics, large-scale monitoring.

This skill processes raw, report-only optimization observations generated by Caveman tools. It guides the user through an evidence-first, rigorous evaluation process, requiring explicit operator choice, designing a minimal candidate change, and performing a paired baseline evaluation using identical fixed inputs. It ensures that any proposed code change is validated against quality checks and established performance metrics before implementation.

A comprehensive, stack-agnostic tool for deeply evaluating agent harnesses. It checks for broken code paths, redundant instructions, and the overall usefulness of agent logic using a structured, multi-stage dual-judge protocol. The process involves high-priority questionnaires (Q1, Q2) before running three defined tracks: A (Correctness), B (Redundancy), and C (Usefulness). Ideal for auditing complex agent systems before deployment or major refactoring.

This skill provides a rigorous, multi-stage framework for handling all outputs related to the Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP), Colombia's key transitional justice tribunal. It mandates a strict citation verification process, requiring all legal claims and citations to be cross-referenced against the official jep.gov.co website. It guides users through the complex legal structure, different case types, and the unique restorative justice model derived from the 2016 Final Peace Agreement.

This skill guides users through a comprehensive Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) required under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Utilizing the official EDPB three-step test, it helps users systematically determine if processing personal data based on legitimate interest is legal, proportionate, and necessary. It is crucial for documenting compliance records, especially concerning AI training, web scraping, and direct marketing.

This advanced skill provides end-to-end management for external local counsel on multi-jurisdiction legal matters. It guides the entire process—from firm selection and engagement setup (including instruction design) through performance monitoring, scope enforcement, and relationship escalation. The focus is on the coordination discipline of Legal Project Management (LPM) to prevent common failure modes like scope creep and ambiguous instructions.

This mechanism facilitates the implementation of reversible and compatibility-safe transitions across critical system components. It is essential for managing changes in schemas, APIs, protocols, configurations, or data structures, ensuring that rollbacks are possible and the integrity of existing data is preserved throughout the migration process. Best practices include defining explicit forward and rollback paths, handling mixed-version operations, and ensuring idempotency for retries.

This skill guides in-house legal teams through the full lifecycle management of external counsel panels. It produces comprehensive reports covering panel health assessment, identifying coverage gaps (practice area, jurisdiction, tier), managing firm exits with formal documentation, and scoping renewal processes (Panel Refresh Brief) for RFPs, ensuring optimal legal resource allocation and governance.

This skill automates the complex process of building shared, structured glossaries and article links from a research paper source manifest within an Obsidian vault. It guides the user through semantic review, selection, and executes a robust, multi-stage batch write process (Triage, Inventory, Writer, Linker) to ensure high provenance integrity and content consistency.

A comprehensive toolkit designed for reading, reviewing, and programmatically creating high-fidelity PDF documents. It supports content extraction from existing PDFs, generating professionally formatted reports, and validating visual quality through rendering to PNG images. Ideal for tasks requiring precise typography, layout integrity, and polished final deliverables.

This comprehensive skill models the legal reasoning process of a French civil judge. It guides users through analyzing legal disputes, identifying core legal questions, constructing structured legal arguments (syllogisms), drafting impartial judicial motivations, and performing advanced research on jurisprudence (Judilibre) and applicable legal texts (Légifrance) using established hierarchies and methodologies.
