Skill UI

This skill provides comprehensive guidance and established patterns for conducting rigorous scientific research and complex data analysis. It helps users structure their thinking process, ensuring a systematic and methodical approach to scholarly inquiry. Ideal for academic projects, literature reviews, and complex data interpretation.

A comprehensive workflow for systematically reviewing medical evidence. It allows users to search databases for clinical studies, build curated citation collections, grade evidence using established frameworks like GRADE, and generate professionally formatted, structured reports in academic citation styles (e.g., AMA). Ideal for conducting literature reviews and supporting clinical research. This tool helps transform raw medical data into actionable, structured knowledge.

BGPT Paper Search queries the remote MCP server to retrieve structured experimental data from full-text studies, returning methods, results, sample sizes, quality scores, and conclusions for efficient literature reviews and evidence synthesis.

Enables efficient querying of the bioRxiv preprint server with keywords, authors, dates, and categories, returning structured JSON metadata and optional PDF downloads for literature reviews or tracking research trends.

Conduct rigorous, multi-database literature reviews with systematic workflows, verified citations in styles like APA or Nature, and AI-enhanced schematics for publication-ready markdown and PDF outputs in biomedical and technical domains.

Literature Review Tool helps researchers gather and synthesize key insights from scholarly texts, highlighting patterns and critical arguments to accelerate literature surveying workflows even when structured content is initially unavailable.

Analyzes research papers to break down structure and summarize key points, offering citation highlights and insights for desk research or literature review planning.

Python toolkit that queries the arXiv Atom API to search papers by keywords, authors, categories, or IDs, filter results, download PDFs, and emit structured JSON for AI/ML literature reviews and monitoring.

This skill orchestrates end-to-end autonomous AI research projects using a sophisticated two-loop architecture. It manages the entire research lifecycle, from initial literature review and hypothesis formation to running constrained experiments and synthesizing findings into publishable papers. It acts as a project manager, autonomously driving the process while structuring the workspace and presenting progress to human users.

Orchestrate a complete idea discovery workflow that goes from a broad research direction to validated, pilot-tested ideas. Chains literature survey, idea generation, novelty checking, critical review, and research refinement into a single automated pipeline, producing a ranked idea report, a final proposal, and an experiment plan.

Orchestrates a robotics-specific literature survey, novel idea generation, novelty check, and critical review for embodied AI and robotics research. Helps turn a broad robotics direction (manipulation, locomotion, navigation, drones, humanoids) into benchmark-grounded, simulation-first pilot ideas. Use when you need robotics idea discovery or sim2real topic selection.

A powerful tool for conducting comprehensive academic research and literature reviews. It searches, analyzes, and synthesizes key ideas from multiple sources, including local PDF libraries (Zotero, Obsidian), the general web, and specialized academic databases (Semantic Scholar, DeepXiv). Use this when you need to map the historical context, identify related works, or understand complex concepts across multiple studies on a given topic.
