This guide teaches advanced techniques for writing literature reviews in top-tier economics journals. The core principle is moving beyond simply listing past work; instead, you must precisely position your contribution by defining the delta (difference) relative to specific, foundational academic papers. Learn to articulate your unique value by highlighting improved identification strategies, clearer mechanisms, or novel parameters.

A comprehensive guide for structuring and refining the literature review section of academic manuscripts for top-tier finance and economics journals. It covers the mandatory three-layer structure (Theory, Empirical Evidence, Contribution Gap), optimal Chinese/English citation ratios, and techniques for developing a 'dialogue-based' narrative rather than a simple list, ensuring clear positioning relative to the field's classic theories and recent publications.

This skill provides an authoritative guide for assessing whether a comprehensive review article is suitable for Chemical Reviews (Chem Rev). It details the journal's high standards, emphasizing that submissions must be exhaustive, critically analytical syntheses of the entire field, not primary experimental reports or progress updates. Use this tool to refine scope, structure, and evidence depth before submission, ensuring alignment with the journal's 'invited venue' status.

This comprehensive skill guides authors on assessing the suitability and preparing manuscripts for Chemical Society Reviews (Chem Soc Rev). It covers journal positioning, structural requirements (e.g., tutorial vs. critical review), method-and-evidence bar, house style, and a detailed pre-submission checklist to minimize desk-reject risks. Use this tool when targeting this specific RSC venue or comparing it against other review journals.

This guide provides rigorous standards for crafting academic literature reviews, particularly for specialized journals in economics. It instructs authors to move beyond simple citation listing and instead structure the review around identified research gaps. The required structure emphasizes a clear progression from 'Current Status' to 'Deficiencies' and finally to 'Novel Positioning,' ensuring the paper's marginal contribution is clearly derived from a knowledge gap.

A comprehensive guide for authors on crafting structured, professional response letters to academic peer reviews. It covers classifying different revision types (Minor/Major), structuring responses for top-tier journals, addressing conflicting expert opinions, and ensuring all modifications are precisely documented and verifiable for successful publication.

A comprehensive guide for structuring literature reviews and clearly positioning novel contributions for top-tier academic journals. It emphasizes the critical "dual-lane" approach: analyzing both local Chinese academic literature and global international research findings. Learn how to define the gap, state the methodological increment, and articulate the unique findings in a structured, dialogue-driven manner, anticipating reviewer questions.

A comprehensive methodological guide for authors positioning their empirical manuscripts within a theoretical debate, particularly for high-level journals like Cognitive Psychology. It teaches authors to move beyond simple literature reviews by identifying a clear theoretical question, naming specific rival models, and demonstrating precisely why existing evidence is insufficient to resolve the conflict. This structure ensures the contribution is framed as an adjudication or a novel model.

A comprehensive guide for drafting author responses to highly technical peer reviews in top-tier theoretical conferences. Learn how to repair perceived gaps, address objections regarding proof correctness, tightness, and novelty-of-technique, while adhering to specific academic policies and structure.

This guide details the rigorous, mathematically focused peer-review pipeline for top ML conferences like COLT (Conference on Learning Theory). It explains the double-anonymous review system, how reviewers assess correctness, significance, and novelty, and provides actionable advice on structuring rebuttals and interpreting final decisions for researchers aiming for top-tier academic publication.

Provides a comprehensive guide for authors responding to highly technical conference reviews, particularly focusing on the critical 'one-shot major revision response letter.' It details strategies for maintaining strict double-anonymity, structuring the rebuttal around decision-critical points (soundness, reproducibility), and creating a detailed change ledger to systematically address every minimum necessary change requested by reviewers.

This skill provides comprehensive guidance for authors writing critical, authoritative reviews targeting Coordination Chemistry Reviews (CCR). It details the required scope, mandatory synthesis level, and specific house style expectations concerning advanced topics such as MOFs, coordination catalysis, and bioinorganic chemistry. Use it to assess topic fit, structure a manuscript, and re-frame work for submission to this specialized journal.
