This comprehensive guide details the critical steps authors must follow after their manuscript is accepted for publication in a major academic journal (e.g., CJC). It covers everything from signing copyright agreements and confirming author details to meticulous final layout checks, proper citation formatting (GB/T 7714), and strict rules for the proofreading stage. The focus is on ensuring the paper is delivered to print with zero errors, emphasizing that the stage is for correction, not substantive revision.

This guide provides detailed rules for structuring long-form academic papers submitted to the Chinese Journal of Computers (CJC). It teaches authors how to strategically divide content into the main text, appendices, and supplementary materials. The core principle emphasizes that all decision-making evidence required for acceptance must reside in the main manuscript, while supporting details, full proofs, and extra tables belong in supplementary sections.

A comprehensive guide detailing the academic review pipeline for the COLM conference. It covers the entire journey from abstract submission to final decisions, emphasizing unique elements such as LLM use rules, reciprocal reviewing obligations, and strategic methods for maximizing impact during the rebuttal phase. Essential reading for authors planning submissions to specialized, young venues.

A comprehensive guide detailing the rigorous submission process for major academic conferences like COLM. It covers strict formatting rules (e.g., 9-page limit), maintaining double-blind anonymity, mandatory LLM usage disclosure, and techniques for preventing identity leaks through technical sweeps. Essential reading for authors navigating the complex academic publishing lifecycle.

A detailed guide for authors submitting theoretical machine learning papers (like COLT) regarding the appropriate inclusion and design of numerical simulations. It emphasizes that numerics should only visualize proved bounds, phase transitions, or separations, maintaining the focus on theoretical proofs rather than empirical data. Provides rules for plotting, reporting variability, and maintaining academic honesty.

This skill acts as an expert guide for authors targeting the journal 'Contemporary Finance and Economics.' It helps authors evaluate their academic manuscripts against the journal's specific positioning, thematic preferences (e.g., finance, regional economy), submission requirements (double-blind review, citation styles, abstract rules), and common rejection pitfalls. It is essential for structuring and refining a paper before official submission.

A comprehensive pre-upload audit checklist for submitting papers to the CoRL (Conference on Robot Learning). This guide details specific requirements for the submission package, including the mandatory 8-page limit (which must account for a dedicated Limitations section), adherence to double-anonymous rules, and detailed sweeps for preserving author and lab anonymity in text, figures, and videos. Essential for ensuring compliance with complex conference guidelines.

This comprehensive guide provides a detailed, step-by-step checklist for authors preparing manuscripts for high-level academic journals, specifically modeled after the requirements of China Rural Economy. It covers all critical stages, including formatting standards, double-blinding rules, reference citation completeness, and rigorous empirical data verification, ensuring submissions meet professional scholarly standards.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting research to CVPR, detailing best practices for packaging code, models, and datasets. It covers requirements for review-time reproducibility (sealed-box rules) and long-term public release (licensing, provenance, and version pinning), ensuring that the work is runnable by any skeptical third party.

A comprehensive audit checklist for submitting papers to CVPR. This guide covers crucial deadlines (abstract, full paper, supplement), strict page limits (8 pages including figures), adherence to anonymity rules, and mandatory compliance with the Compute Reporting Form (CRF). Essential reading for authors preparing research submissions for major computer vision conferences to avoid desk rejection.

This guide provides best practices for authors writing the Related Work section for top-tier AI conferences (e.g., ECAI). It instructs users on how to cover diverse AI lanes (symbolic, learning, multi-agent, application) for broad reviewers, employ 'Delta-first' positioning to state novelty concisely, and adhere to strict page budgets and double-blind review rules.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting to top-tier database conferences (like EDBT). It teaches how to audit the novelty and eligibility of a research paper by writing a 'delta-first' contrast against related work, rather than simply listing citations. Covers positioning contributions relative to flagship venues, theory literature, and managing resubmission rules.
