This guide provides authors with best practices for improving the reproducibility and verifiable availability of communication experiments for submission to JOC. It clarifies the journal's current status regarding artifact badges, offering actionable advice on openly sharing code, data, and simulation parameters to enhance credibility while maintaining academic rigor.

A comprehensive guide for responding to peer reviews and compiling revision manuscripts for high-impact academic journals, specifically tailored for the Journal on Communications (JOC). It teaches authors how to structure closed-loop responses (Opinion—Response—Location), maintain a professional tone, provide verifiable evidence, and systematically address complex or conflicting critiques throughout the multi-round publication process.

This guide details the comprehensive workflow for moving a manuscript accepted by Journal on Communications (JOC) from the acceptance stage to final publication. It covers crucial steps like meticulous proofreading, finalizing the layout, paying publication fees, signing necessary copyright agreements, and managing the publication timeline, ensuring authors navigate academic publishing compliance seamlessly.

This guide provides comprehensive standards for conducting and presenting experimental evidence in high-level communication journals (JOC). It emphasizes moving beyond simple results to ensure statistical rigor, reproducibility, and comprehensive coverage of physical layer, network, and security aspects, helping submissions withstand expert peer review.

A detailed guide for structuring the 'Related Work' section of high-level academic manuscripts in communications engineering. It teaches authors to move beyond simple literature listing by focusing on the 'delta'—defining the gaps in existing research and clearly positioning the paper's unique contribution to ensure novelty and academic rigor for top-tier journals.

A comprehensive guide for ensuring the reproducibility of communications simulations for journal submissions. It details critical steps, such as fixing random seeds, channel models, simulation parameters, software versions, and organizing a complete reproduction package. This ensures that research results can be accurately and credibly verified by external reviewers in high-impact scientific journals.

This guide models the three-stage review process for the Journal on Communications (JOC). It helps authors understand the initial screening (format, relevance, plagiarism), expert peer review, and final committee review. By predicting potential outcomes and identifying strategic 'levers' at each stage, users can effectively revise manuscripts, manage submission timelines, and significantly increase the chances of successful publication in communication, networking, or information security fields.

A comprehensive guide for researchers aiming to submit manuscripts to the Journal on Communications (JOC). It helps users assess if their topic fits the core communication discipline (theory, wireless, networking, security, signal processing) and distinguishes it from related academic journals. The guide also assists in selecting the appropriate article type and ensuring sufficient innovation and empirical rigor before submission.

This comprehensive guide details the formatting and structural requirements for submitting technical articles to the Journal on Communications (JOC). It covers every aspect, including the official writing order, structured abstracts (Purpose/Method/Result/Conclusion), mandatory classification codes, precise units and symbols, figure/table standards, and detailed referencing according to GB/T 7714. Use this guide to ensure your manuscript passes the initial editorial review process.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting the Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS). It details the journal's positioning, scope requirements across various chemical sub-fields (organic, inorganic, physical, etc.), the required depth of evidence, article structure (Communications vs. Articles), and provides a detailed checklist to prevent common desk-reject mistakes. Use this when refining a chemistry manuscript for a top-tier publication.

This guide details the rigorous process for packaging research artifacts in mobile communications for academic evaluation committees (AEC). It emphasizes creating a hardware-optional path, defining claims (badges), and ensuring reproducibility through smoke runs, recorded replay paths, and permanent DOI-backed archiving, allowing evaluation even without specialized lab equipment.

This guide details the rigorous process of writing the "Related Work" section for top-tier mobile communications conferences like MobiCom. It covers sweeping multiple literature lanes (e.g., SIGCOMM, INFOCOM, Sibling Venues), verifying every citation's venue on dblp/ACM DL to avoid misattribution traps, and articulating the precise technical delta between the proposed mechanism and prior art. Essential reading for technical researchers.
