This guide provides a structured framework for drafting professional rebuttals to academic conference reviews, such as ICASSP. It emphasizes the critical difference between correcting factual errors and addressing legitimate gaps. The focus must be on providing a clean rationale for the technical committee's acceptance, adopting a professional tone suitable for a single-blind review process, and anchoring all claims to the submitted material.

A comprehensive guide for transforming an accepted academic conference paper into its final, publishable "camera-ready" format for IEEE Xplore. Covers mandatory steps like PDF eXpress validation, completing the electronic copyright form, integrating reviewer feedback, confirming metadata, and preparing for both physical presentation and open-access publication.

A comprehensive audit guide for submitting papers to ICASSP conferences. This checklist covers crucial requirements such as the mandatory 4+1 page format, single-blind review rules (including author list inclusion), CMS portal submission protocols, EDICS metadata selection, and compliance with ethical standards. Use this guide before the deadline to avoid desk rejects.

A comprehensive guide for researchers submitting technical papers to conferences like ICASSP. It teaches how to manage extensive supplementary materials—including derivations, extra results, and multimedia—while ensuring the core 4-page paper remains self-contained and review-ready under single-blind review constraints. Focus on core claims, not volume.

This guide details the rigorous process of condensing highly technical papers, especially in signal processing, into extremely constrained formats (e.g., 4-page conference submissions). It teaches structure, emphasizing the immediate presentation of the core signal-processing contribution, the mechanism, and task-matched metrics on the first page, ensuring the argument survives review by deep subfield experts.

This guide details the best practices for packaging, documenting, and releasing research artifacts (code, models, data) for top-tier ML conferences. It covers two stages: preparing a non-identifiable archive for anonymous review, and managing the public release runway, focusing on reproducibility, licensing, and sustained maintenance.

A comprehensive guide for structuring the "Related Work" section for top-tier computer vision conferences (ICCV, CVPR, ECCV). It covers best practices for citing intervening-cycle literature, managing concurrent preprints, ensuring double-blind anonymity, and correctly attributing source venues to maximize novelty perception and score highly with reviewers.

A comprehensive guide modeling the ICCV review pipeline, covering the entire cycle from registration to final decision (March-June). It details author responsibilities, the enforcement of reviewer accountability, the prohibition of LLM use in reviews, and strategies for authors to interpret and leverage diverse review feedback, including utilizing the 'Findings' workshop.

This comprehensive guide serves as a pre-flight audit checklist for major academic conference submissions, specifically targeting ICCV. It covers critical process areas, including the single-day upload requirement, strict page budget adherence, maintaining double-blind anonymity, vetting OpenReview fields, and identifying potential identity or formatting leaks. Use this to prevent desk rejection before the deadline.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting to top-tier computer vision conferences (like ICCV). It details the new single-deadline workflow, emphasizing the parallel production of code and videos. Learn how to structure supplementary materials for maximum reviewer impact, including detailed ablation studies, failure mode galleries, and maintaining strict double-blind anonymity in the archive.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing submissions for top-tier computer vision conferences like ICCV. It instructs writers on structuring papers for a generalist reviewer pool, maintaining the 'inclusive 8-page economy,' adopting a mechanism-first exposition style, and formulating claims that withstand rigorous review and rebuttal cycles. Essential for elevating technical prose to a publishable standard.

This comprehensive guide provides best practices for packaging supplemental materials and artifacts for top-tier academic conferences like ICDE. It instructs authors on how to build a robust, reproducible evidence chain, including parameterized workload generators, configuration scripts, and detailed logs. The goal is to ensure that reviewers can quickly and accurately validate all performance claims and technical contributions, making the work 'turnkey' and verifiable.
